There's signs that show you where to line up that are easy to follow. I went on a Wednesday morning and got in line around 7:25am (I was 4th in line at this time). However, once they start taking customers, they alternate from customers from the safety inspection line and the other line (so technically I was the 6th customer, not 4th). I ended up being called for my turn for safety inspection at 8:30am. Be sure to have your paperwork ready to hand them (registration and proof of Hawaii insurance). The safety inspection itself took less than 10 minutes; price was $26.96. Sign days cash only, but when I had to pay the service guy asked "cash or card?" I assume they do take card payments then, but I didn't chance it and took cash with me anyway.

After three weeks I realized I was filling the same tire about every two days. I returned to Firestone to notify them of the problem. They couldn't help me that day. I made an appointment for the upcoming weekend. At the appointment my car sat in the parking lot for an hour as I watched vehicles that showed up after me roll pass into the service bay. If you go in the Foote Gate of Schofield Barracks (just off Kunia Rd), make your first left and you can't miss it. Plus, you can get free junk food if you purchase 8 or more gallons of gas. The bad? Half the pumps here are broken. There's nothing worse than committing to the lane (always a wait) just to find that only one pump works. If you're really lucky (like me!) not only will you be in the one pump lane, you'll have that person in front of you who parks their car at the pump. Not getting gas, mind you. Just doing their weekly grocery shopping in the quickie mart, while you wait for that precious space. Who are these people? Have they no couth? It's the rudest thing in the world. Seriously, how about you pump your gas first, then pull forward to the copious parking spots outside the quickie mart? I know this happens at other gas stations, but nowhere more than this one! If you're paying cash regular is 4.35 (April 2024) and 4.45 for credit...sure Costco/Sams (Costco was 4.299) is cheaper but is a drive as well and will do that the next time if need to top it off as well to avoid the extra dollar charge that does add up and be more than what's offered here. They do have a convenience store as well making it a great quick stop without going to multiple locations especially after a long drive around the island and being that it's so close to the freeway you don't have to drive around and get lost in the many roads of Mililani. This Town Center of Mililani Hele location is one that many seem to frequent as I was running low on gas in thought that I'd stop by to fill up slightly while getting a much needed car wash only to be disappointed that it was closed as it wasn't even 4pm and you're able to purchase your car wash along with your gas at the pump which can be more priced friendly if you're pay by cash is a great option. Along with a convenient store where you're able to take advantage of that price friendly option you can find many snacks and other grab and go items easily as well which makes this pit stop to fill up on just about anything that moves. Not sure what the sani foam is for but it snells good tho. This is the only place I'll go outside of the busy location off Exit 2.
