That's a complete waste of time and shows a lack of communication and organization. Mechanics are inexperienced, and management is not properly overseeing the work or the customer experience. And their website doesn't have photos of all of their products so trying to get an idea of what kind of linen colors they had online was difficult. After communicating with Chris (Rohnert Park) and requesting a color pallet via email, it was easy to see what they had in stock. I got married in Gualala on Sept. 28 and initially placed an order for rentals in the Fort Bragg location. After reconsidering, we switched to the Sebastopol location since that's where we were initially based, therefore causing some confusion but ultimately it all worked out! Working with Chris was easy and he was very helpful getting everything ready for us. We asked to pick up on Thursday before the wedding and return the Monday afterwards which they were very willing to do! I was very happy that they worked with our schedule and even let us pick up part of the order the Wednesday before. We ordered chairs, cocktail tables, linens, silverware, and glassware for a very reasonable price. Andrew in Sebastopol was kind and generous, especially working with our altered schedule. The chairs were a little beat up but that's what you can expect from a rental place. They didn't have the exact color we initially wanted but were happy with the dark mahogany vs the natural wood (only available in Fort Bragg). They are chairs after all so it didn't bother us. Returning the rentals was easy and we were only charged for the few glasses which broke (makes sense). I would recommend working with the Rental Place again!

This morning I went to the place I have been going to for propane for almost 10 years. They told…read moreme my tank was expired and they couldn't fill it. In checking around, I found that Blue Star would recycle it. When I got there their employee named Jim informed me that the tank was still serviceable but would require a inspection to certify it for another 5 years of use, and they had better prices than where I had been going. I was prepared to pay 60 plus dollars for a new tank. He could well have just sold me a new tank, but instead saved me 35.00 by providing excellent customer service. Blue Star now has a devoted new customer. This is the kind of customer experience that makes a good business GREAT!
