Unprofessional Service & Misleading $5,000 Quote…read more I hired this company to figure out why my outdoor sound system wasn't working. After taking a $150 diagnostic fee, the technician told me that all four of my speakers and the subwoofer were completely "fried" and dead. He then gave me a $5,000 quote to replace everything and rerun new lines. Instead of taking his word for it, I called a second company to get another opinion. They came out, did a proper inspection, and found that my speakers were perfectly fine--it was just damaged wiring. They repaired all the damaged cables for $450 total. All four of my original speakers and the subwoofer work perfectly now and sound awesome. This business either lacks basic diagnostic ability or tried to pull an unnecessary $5,000 upsell on working equipment. Do yourself a favor, save your money, and look elsewhere!
