I honestly didn't expect it to be that easy, but they were super responsive and professional from the first message. Our driver showed up right on time, was really friendly, and even waited patiently while we finished dinner. The car was spotless, smelled amazing, and had snacks, water, and mints ready for us; such a nice touch that made the whole night feel special. We also got their welcome discount, which was a pleasant surprise. The entire experience felt smooth, classy, and stress-free. You can tell they care about their customers and pay attention to the little details. If you ever need a ride for a special occasion or even just want to make your night feel a little more luxurious, I highly recommend them

We used their services for a trip in May, traveling to a few different spots around NYC for a group of 12 of us. Our driver was excellent and provided wonderful service throughout the entire trip. He was patient with us and always available when we needed him throughout the day.  He even made a suggestion to stop at a near by ice cream shop in between our stops. We loved the suggestion, and the shop! The limo party bus was perfect for our group size. Very clean and we even had space for a decent sized cooler. I'm very impressed with the level of professionalism, I will definitely be using them again in the future.

From the initial quote to completion of her trip, I can not say enough wonderful things about Connor and his transportation company. I requested quotes from 3 car companies and theirs was significantly the most reasonable. Because I was booking this for a family member it was nice they included gratuity to easily provide the full amount they should expect to pay. Prior to booking, I had a few questions due to some additional needs of my mother-in-law which Connor happily answered and provided clarity and reassurance as to the entire process. I was interested in booking the additional inside meet and greet to ease my mother-in-law's nerves when arriving in EWR which was reasonable. The night before the scheduled trip, a courtesy text/email was sent with the driver's name and phone number which was helpful prior to beginning the hectic travel day. My mother-in-law happily reported that her driver, Joseph, was friendly, accommodating, and a safe driver. I truly appreciated the ease in booking and ensuring a smooth transport for my mother-in-law who had to travel by herself. I would highly recommend Hamilton's Car and Limo Service to anyone traveling into the NJ/NYC area as they were reasonable, reliable, and had wonderful customer service!

The driver arrived on time and made our group feel comfortable on the spot. We were a mixed crowd and because the bus is designed just so it felt like 2 parties in one room! At one point it felt like we were in an NYC nightclub. I am a native New Yorker and if you are a tourist/fellow NYer looking for a safe, hassle free, accommodating ride NLT is where it's at! I would be remissed if I did not mention the decor of the bus - the pictures do not even stack up to the real thing - this bus is beautifully designed - black patent leather seating, red and white privacy shades, flat screen tv's everywhere you look,a booming up to date sound system - bring your phone/ipod and your ready to go (cables included!) a separate bar station filled with ice/bottled water and disposable flute champagne glasses, a stripper pole strategically placed toward the front mid section which allows plenty of room to get your party on! The flooring is beautiful and one could easily tell that this party bus is obviously someone's baby - lol. Damion was readily accessible and stayed in touch with me thru out the night, payment was easy (I used Paypal) and privately done. The driver knew where he was going (and we had quite a few requests) and somehow managed to keep a straight face the entire night -- LOL - I say this because our crowd was full of life and energy but our driver never missed a beat. We were safe, happy and most of all accommodated in each and every way by NLT. I suggest that you book your reservations now if you are considering a night out on the town but hurry because I can't imagine this service being so readily available come All Star weekend as their rates are the BEST and can only be outshined by their actual SERVICE! Absolute horror story experience. Please read the negative…read morereviews of this business Carefully, as well as their responses from the owner, Archi to get an understanding of the type of person who runs this company. I am thoroughly convinced that the majority of positive reviews of this business are fake, because I have never in my life had such a revolting customer service experience. We booked a limo from his company for our wedding, this past Saturday October 10th. Apparently, there was some mix-up in his office. They had no issue charging my wife's card. No problem sending a confirmation email and receipt to her email. No issues when she called a couple weeks ago to confirm that we could tip the driver in cash. At 2pm, she received a message stating that the limo was on the way to pick up her and her bridal party and bring them to the wedding ceremony. The car never arrived. When she called the customer service number to see if the car was just running late, she was answered by a man who referred to himself as the manager. Based on his poor spelling and the aggressive responses I've seen to other negative reviews, I must infer that this person was Archi. He proceeded to berate her over the phone, telling her that he'd been trying to reach her for weeks. She'd received no emails from his office. She even spoke with his office on the phone within that time; they said nothing about any issue reaching her. He hadn't cancelled the charge for the vehicle. Yet, when she called, he felt that it was appropriate to respond with incredible disrespect, yelling, cursing, and insulting her for daring to imagine that we would receive a service we had paid for. Instead of simply apologizing for the mistake and offering a refund, he proceeded to keep calling her and messaging her from multiple numbers, yelling at her that this was her fault. He explained that he wasn't arguing about the money, he just wanted her to understand what she did wrong. She was on the way to our wedding and he felt that it was appropriate to harass her. Archi, it's now my turn to help you understand what you did wrong. When your mismanaged office somehow loses track of a reservation and fails to provide a service you've been paid to provide, it is inappropriate to then yell at your customer. It is beyond inappropriate to yell at a woman on her wedding day. It Always inappropriate to berate and harass your customers. You have so much to learn about professionalism and running a business. You can flood these reviews with fakes, but fake reviews will not make your business successful. You should be incredibly ashamed of your behavior with my wife and with all the other customers whose negative reviews you've responded to here. Over and over again your customers are telling you that you are aggressive, unprofessional, and frankly, frightening. You don't seem to be learning. In another world, this mix-up would have been unfortunate and confusing. We could have received our refund without the disrespect and used your services on another occasion. Instead, I am now absolutely thrilled to tell anyone who will listen about how aggressive and rancid you were with my wife on her wedding day. I'll be sending this review to every possible platform and informing all of my clients and colleagues of how you run your business and what they can expect when dealing with you.
