Overall this was an amazing experience and the owner is truly a great person. If you are considering renting a car, I would do it here.

I was locked out due to multiple attempts to get into my account online but Alec was kind enough to let me come into the building a little bit before 5pm. They are moving to different offices so the signage to get in was a bit confusing but other than that, I have to say that I am grateful for the service they provided overall. He even walked me through getting back into the account online and setting up access into it which I am so grateful for, and explained how the stocks and investment portion of Charles Schwab works because I was not well versed on it at all. An added bonus was the small bowl of lifesavers in the corner that I had to munch on while Alec was helping me with my account:)

After speaking for a bit he offered me an upgrade to an available vehicle that would really suit me needs for the area. I was very happy with his recommendation. the car was clean and gassed up. A few days later I received an email from the branch manager. Jacqueline Esperti Branch Manager Enterprise, National and Alamo Burlington International Airport 1200 Airport Rd South Burlington, VT 05403 She contacted me to ask how my experience had been so far. I advised her it was ideal but my plans had changed and that I was extending my stay and I would need the vehicle for extra time. I also advised that I would be returning the vehicle back to the same location instead of a different airport as planned. She not only worked with me, but she was able to offer me a continued great rate and advised me that returning it to the same location would be ok. She and people like her is definitely the reason that I use Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I will definitely be returning to the airport for more family events and I know for fact, She will be my contact person. She kept on top of every situation and greeted me when I returned the vehicle. That type of professionalism is what sets Enterprise apart from many others. Trust me, I have tried various others as well. Thank you Enterprise!

It was clean inside, but when we got in it was so cold we didn't want to take our coats off and when I turned on the heat it was set to 99 degrees and when I tried to turn it down the buttons didn't work (you had to push the button 4-10 times to go down one degree) and then it would plummet to 54 degrees and blow cold air on us. So the whole ride I was turning the heat on and off to try to keep it a normal temperature. They also asked me if I wanted ice when I booked the limo, but when I looked in the cooler, all I found was 2 empty ice bags. Overall, it was fine, but the company should fix the heater since it is winter.
