Roman shortly responded with a return phone call and was out to assess the job the same day. Roman was very professional and reviewed all the work to be done. While Roman was at our home, we looked at a couple other things we wanted to have done and Roman gave us an estimate and we went ahead and scheduled that to be done the same day the door was to be repaired. Roman and Carlos arrived at the exact time scheduled and did a wonderful job on everything! Our door looks beautiful and the new color is perfect! Having a range of pricing gave his team the flexibility to come out and pick up all of the items, then charge us as appropriate vs. being locked into a smaller load. Pascal scheduled our pick-up for within the week, which was fantastic! A team of 2 guys arrived as planned and worked for several areas picking up items from around the property (not from one consolidated pile).
