Don't get me wrong but AAA has, or had great service. So I made a call at around 6:30 am for a tow to a tire repair facility, and they said 8:30 am which was perfect because I have an appointment at 9:00 am. As the time can closer I began to become worried so I called AAA back. Their response was call back around 8:31 am. As 8:30 approached and no call from the tow company, I called AAA back. She said she would call dispatch and put me on hold. But I needed to be at the tire repair facility. So while on hold, I drove there myself, putting unnecessary damage to an already flattened tire. When she came back on I told her to cancel because I was already driving there. While setting at the Tire repair facility, the tow truck company drove by, the driver had his CELLPHONE in his HAND as he was DRIVING, which is a VIOLATION of Washington State Law under RCW 46.61.672 use of a cellphone while in the operation of a motor vehicle, and took a picture of my vehicle in the bay. This review is for car insurance only. Moved here from out of state. Had AAA insurance at previous address, thought 'why not, good service so far'. This office discouraged my obtaining auto insurance through AAA. I was told NOBODY wants to insure cars in WA. I made THREE trips to this office, each time receiving lackadaisical insurance service. It's like the dude really didn't want to spend his valuable time with a $850 car policy. About a month later, they notified me by mail that my policy was cancelled. Reason: no proof of prior insurance, despite my bringing copies of the old policy. I call the dude and he's unconcerned. Says oh, computer says you have insurance. Oh, great, that's reassuring. Now a week later, they have refunded most of my payment for 12 months. I call the dude again. He talks over me and is unconcerned. Says he can see they reinstated the policy. Perhaps he's unaware I can't see into his computer, so I insist on a physical copy of the reinstatement. I would not recommend this office, for insurance. read more

AAA is a waste of money and there is too many rules to qualify for the service you pay for. I have been a customer for 20 years and this is my last one. My car broke down at a used car dealership 100 miles away from my house, and AAA refused to tow it because this company was capable of making repairs. read more

After purchasing 5 family memberships for 13 years, I had to call them and was left waiting for 3 hours plus, as I was told multiple different things by different employees and finally just left me to figure it out for myself, a 66 years old women. read more

After 22 years with AAA in California and Washington, this will be the last year I subscribe. We had decent service in California, but the first winter in Washington State and my truck got stuck in a snowdrift. AAA refused to tow it for 4 days saying they were only attending to emergencies. I finally had my landscaper pull my truck out and I billed AAA for the money I gave the landscaper. They paid it, but it made me realize they probably wouldnt be there for me in a future winter. But that isnt the most annoying thing. As AAA has tried to branch out we are now getting more and more crap from them in the mail like life insurance which I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending. Stay in your lane AAA and focus on towing since you cant get that right yet. read more

Last month booked a flight, rental car and hotel for a 4 day stay from Seattle to Burbank, CA. Quoted $990. Thought it a bit high but just wanted to get it done. Come to find out that the $990 didn't include the hotel! The hotel was $550 more! Never will use AAA again! Got an email from AAA rep asking for more info, then nothing. Kevin H Driver #113 was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and focused. He arrived half an hour early which was great for us because it rained right after he finished towing so we didn't have to be stuck in rain. Once he understood our situation he loaded our vehicle quickly with little to no inconveniences towards us. He was prompt to drop off our vehicle at the auto shop of our choice. 100/10 would definitely request his assistance in the future AND recommend him to anyone in need of towing services. read more

This should be linked with my review of MAPFRE (an insurance company that has a location in Ohio), the home insurance company that AAA has us hooked up with. The auto portion of my review is primarily directed toward our agent who hasn't sent us our insurance cards twice now. I'll be trying her again today to see what gives. Furthermore, the claim for a tow has not been processed as of about a month now because of some questions. I get a voicemail saying that I can call the representative or her colleagues to answer these mysterious questions (she never leaves a message with the actual questions on my voicemail) and the colleague I spoke to said she didn't see them. read more

This office is NOT a AAA affiliated company. They buy the use of the logo but utilize no products of AAA. This is NOT a friendly, professional diligent ethical office. Very unprofessional and liars. Kept raising my rates saying it was AAA policy. Called corporate in southern cal and they said this office is a " on going problem". read more

My family was in need for a international drivers license and didnt want to deal with Downtown Seattle where the staffing is minimal. We drove to this location and were given fabulous customer service and attention even though there were many people there. Its worth the extra drive, and AAA should treat their employees well, they give great service read more

If I could give AAA a zero right now, I would. My husband and I have AAA insurance through MetLife for home and two cars. We went to the local AAA in Bremerton to pay our automobile insurance bill. The gentleman who greeted me, did not know or want to know, how to process billing. He told me to sit down and someone would be with me although he couldn't say when. I sat for over 5 minutes and watched the staff with absolutely nothing to do... Finally, I asked him how much longer would it be and he replied that they could "hook me up" with a phone and I could pay the bill through the 800 number. Really? While you do what that is so important??? I left, vowing never to return. Also, this was on the end of a major snow storm that Kitsap County had received and their parking lot was awful. The snow was piled up next to the curb so that the parking lot was totally unaccessible. What a waste of driving from Poulsbo today. read more

Wife signed up online for spouse and two daughters in school. Used the classic AAA membership once last year in Oceanside CA. The owner at Leals international auto raved about AAA and convinced us to upgrade to PREMIER for further towing benefits and repair discounts. Today at 3PM my daughter broke down on the i5 185 miles north of Oceanside. AAA was there within an hour and took daughter with car 185 miles. WOW!!!!.
