The original repair work on my ice machine was completed in mid-August at a cost exceeding $550. Within a short period of time, the unit began experiencing additional issues. After performing troubleshooting on my own, I was able to temporarily resolve the issue and informed the company so they would not need to make a service call. At that time, I was specifically advised not to hesitate to contact them again if the problem returned. Now, in mid-May, the ice machine has once again begun intermittently malfunctioning.
