I went to the shop and they arrived 2 minutes early! Very impressive timing. There was a slight issue with my front winch interfering with their cables and hooks....and hitting the bed due to the load angle, but they took it all in stride with almost no hesitation and we worked around the issue. their concern was in damaging my winch. I truly appreciate they respected my equipment (even though they could have just done what the last company did and just drag it up the bed anyway.....and it would have been fine really...but how nice is it to get someone looking at your equipment as their own?) They were absolutely professional, responsible, on time, and completed the 20+ mile tow in the same time it took us to drive home going a different route. The entire transaction was flawless. No surprises on price. As much as I hope I never need a tow again, if I do I will call these guys. My particular tow was also basically a worst case scenario for them as they charged me a local flat rate within Pahrump. My tow was 20 miles from the top end of Pahrump to the southern border of Nye county....still in Pahrump...but just barely. The operators (they sent a team of 2) absolutely hit it out of the park. 104° temps and all....absolutely a great towing experience given how much the situation already sucks in the first place since you need a tow lol. If anyone from the company reads this, this was 21st July 2022 and my scheduled pickup was for noon, a black tacoma pickup....they arrived at 11:58AM. We passed by camel towing on the way to the RV at 830 and all the tow vehicles were still there from the day before. It's now 10:17 and we're STILL WAITING!!! We've called twice- no but no answer! Apparently they don't need our business and they don't need yours either. If this is how they treat a an 86 yr.old veteran...finally got an answer! He SAYS he got stuck on a tow in Vegas and will be here around 1230.

I should have known with a name like Camel Tow they would be a joke. It hard enough being stranded two states from getting back home, it's even worse when you have to deal with a company who simply flakes when you need to get you to a service station or even let you know why they left you high and dry. I recommend using any other company other that these clowns. They are a joke in name and in the service they claim to provide. These guys should be doing something like collecting unemployment, and not providing necessary service which can impact you getting your vehicle where it needs to be.
