Went in the office yesterday to schedule an RV that we had bought to be towed from Savoy…read moreblvd.(5-6miles away) to our house on Sagebrush ave (9miles away) 2guys came and looked at the RV, told us how he would get it out of the yard, the price and that he'd be here at 9am Wednesday morning. We passed by camel towing on the way to the RV at 830 and all the tow vehicles were still there from the day before. It's now 10:17 and we're STILL WAITING!!! We've called twice- no but no answer! Apparently they don't need our business and they don't need yours either. If this is how they treat a an 86 yr.old veteran...finally got an answer! He SAYS he got stuck on a tow in Vegas and will be here around 1230.

I should have known with a name like Camel Tow they would be a joke. It hard enough being stranded two states from getting back home, it's even worse when you have to deal with a company who simply flakes when you need to get you to a service station or even let you know why they left you high and dry. I recommend using any other company other that these clowns. They are a joke in name and in the service they claim to provide. These guys should be doing something like collecting unemployment, and not providing necessary service which can impact you getting your vehicle where it needs to be.

He said we have none available, I'll just remove the drive shaft and it should be fine When we arrived at the destination (RAM dealership) he dropped my truck and damaged the front bumper! AAA told me to send "2 Star Towing" the estimate and that yes, I had requested a flatbed Tow Truck and they should have brought one. I Called "2 Star Towing to get there email and to tell them that I would be sending them my estimate which AAA indicated they should pay! They never, and still haven't responded so I am dealing with my personal insurance company which in turn will be dealing with AAA! I have pictures and 3 witnesses who saw the incident? Oh! And the nice oil mess in my street with there leaking truck!
