Ran down my Ford Mach E and didn't have enough to get to next charge! Dummy me. PSST, no good chargers in Primm or Jean!!! Yikes. Called Ford Roadside to see how good they were and they dispatched Aquarius towing within minutes. Took them a bit to arrive, but the dispatcher from Aquarius called me right away and g ave me details. The service was great and they ended up towing me to a separate location since the first one we went to the chargers were not installed yet/not working!! On the side of the road in the desert. Midday, 90°+ Eta 3 hrs. A female alone on the side of the road, no water, broke down I asked if their 180 min eta was correct, yes I'm told. I was in distress... I told her I had no water, and its baking hot. She said this: Yes the eta is right, I'm surprised they called us. Must not be anyone available. Mind you im in a hot car in the desert 90°+, no water, 3hr wait.... She tells me, first, we're not emergency tow, if you need help call 911, second, theres no driver's because nobody want to work, and 3rd... That's life lady. I asked her if that was her professional best, and her name. She told me she had all she needed and was cancelling my tow. Hung up. Imagine someone did that to your mom......js. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Aquarius Towing is one of the biggest scams in town. I just paid them OVER 100 dollars to get the keys out of my car and a tow truck guy came to my house but failed to get the keys out. Here's the problem; they wanted payment BEFORE they came out to my house. Paying them BEFORE they completed service was a HUGE mistake because they did not render services and now they are refusing to give my money back. BAD BUSINESS. I will be contacting the BBB on this one. Side note; the person who answered the phone refused to give me her name. When I asked to speak to a manager she said that she was the manager, so I asked "You are the manager and are refusing to give me your name?". She answered "Amanda". She ended up hanging up on me. I had a flat tire driving from CA back home to Las Vegas. That road is all desert with minimal places to stop along the way, so naturally, it is pretty scary if you have car trouble on that road. It turns out my sidewall of my back passenger tire was completely shredded. I normally know how to change tires, but I had recently injured my ankle and it was swollen to the point where I could hardly lean over to look at the tire, let alone bend down to change it. I placed the alert for roadside assistance with my insurance at 5:55 PM PST and they notified me that this third party towing company would be coming and it would take 60-90 minutes for someone to get there. I received a call at 7:06 PM PST with a driver asking me where I was. I let him know that I was on the 15 North 25 minutes outside of Primm, he said he was in Baker and it would take him 20-40 minutes to get to me. At 7:37 PM PST, I received another call from a second driver asking where I was. I told him just after the Halloran Summit exit on the 15 North. He paused and asked "are you in the Tucson?" I got excited because I thought he saw me and I said I was and he said "oh, I called the wrong number. My coworker is assigned to you and he has another stop but he's coming to you first. He should be there soon." I was a little frustrated, but I said okay. I continued to wait and at 8:10 PM I called the first driver because it was getting dark and still no one was there to help. The last thing I wanted was to be stranded in the desert by myself at night, I felt unsafe. I asked if I could get an update and he said that I was passed off to another driver and he didn't know where he was, but he would call for me to get an update because he understood it was getting dark. At 8:30 PM PST I received a call from a dispatcher informing me that it was a shift change and if I could let him know what was going on because the female dispatcher that he just shift changed with told him the driver couldn't find me. He stated that he was told I was in Primm, then Nipton, and then Baker. I was in none of those places. He informed me that the dispatcher told him that when she spoke with me, I didn't know my location or how to turn the location setting on on my phone. I immediately stopped him and said "I NEVER spoke with a female, nor did I speak with a dispatcher. I have only ever spoken to the two drivers and I never said I didn't know where I was or anything about my location setting." I informed him that I have been waiting since 6:00 for someone to help and that I was now in a situation I did not want to be in and was completely unsafe. As a female, alone and stranded I was terrified of being side-swiped by a passing car or an unknown person approaching my vehicle. He said "sorry, but it's going to be another 45 minutes to an hour before I can get someone out to you." I lost it and requested they not come and I would have my husband drive from an hour away to help me. Not only did they continue to push my wait time later and later, the female dispatcher lied to her coworker and said that she spoke with me when she never did, she kept sending her drivers to random places, she never once called me and I only ever spoke with the two drivers, but they put me in a very dangerous situation and didn't seem to care. My amazing husband drove from an hour away to come and help instead. I have no idea what their dispatch team is doing, but they need additional training. The two male drivers I spoke with were kind and just doing their job, but this entire situation was not okay. As a female driver, if you are driving on your own and don't know/can't do anything mechanical with your car, please don't use this company. I consider it to be very unsafe and uncaring. read more

Locked my keys in the car at a job site. Was from Las Vegas, stuck out in the cold. Geico sent them. Within minutes, I got a notification and a phone call letting me know who was coming and their ETA. Guy in a truck showed up within 22 minutes of me calling after initially telling me it would take about an hour!!! Great job. I was able to make my next appointment on time. This is why I am so happy. Pahrump, only thing that doesn't make this a shitty town, is the excellent service from this towing company helping me with my lock out. The only reason I am giving this company 3 stars instead of a generous 1 star rating is because of just how kool of a driver we had. The dispatch lady was rude asf and had no compassion for two people sitting in the middle of the desert with no a/c. I read other reviews with people saying the very same thing and believe me it's they are not lying. To make a longer review short they don't have the ability to find your location if you are stuck in the middle of nowhere because dispatch has Android cell phones and I had an iPhone as well as the driver which caused confusion. Although I did tell the rude woman that I was 8-10 miles past the California check point and CHP station going south on the I15 in Nipton, CA. Aquarius Towing just for future knowledge people stuck in the middle of nowhere are going to be frustrated and some afraid if it's a woman alone or after dark, especially if they waited 90 minutes for your driver and still couldn't be located. I guarantee if it was your loved one out there you would have a totally different attitude. As I mentioned, the only reason I gave the 3 stars I did was solely because of the driver. His conversation alone changed my attitude because I was not happy at all about your service! read more

It is unfortunate that there are companies out there that still employ incompetent customer service reps. Especially in businesses like these, where help (and sometimes a bit of compassion) is needed. I should not be told to be quiet or to shut my mouth when trying to relay the issue at hand. Aquarius towing was a huge help back in April when my tire blew on the highway on the way to Las Vegas. Our driver, Rob, was awesome. He did a great job informing my boyfriend and I what was going on, made us feel safe, and was great company! The woman that was communicating with me via telephone, I believe she was an owner or manager, was awesome, as well. Kept me very informed on all of the crap my insurance company, which is no longer my insurance company, progressive, was doing. Progressive screwed me over and didn't follow their towing policy. The amazing woman with Aquarius fought with them and was able to save me almost a whopping $400 on a tow that my insurance company should have covered. Really nice guy and cheaper than others in the area. While on my way to Pahrump to get my serpentine belt replaced, it decided it had enough. It broke; leaving me stranded in Death Valley National Park in June. After finally hitching a ride into cell phone coverage, I started calling around and first place I called was Two-Star Towing and they quoted me $175/hour (which included an extra "California" rate). Well, Pahrump is just over the border in Nevada (about 1 hour), so it shouldn't have been any different for them to tow someone to Las Vegas and back but these people know how to take advantage of tourists who don't know any better. They also quote me 1 and a half hours which I know to be untrue, as I have lived here for 3 years. Anyways, I called Aquarius and after speaking to receptionist, they quoted me $3/mile and a $80 hook up fee. All-in-all it ended up being about $125 cheaper ($400 compared to $525) and the guy was really nice to talk to too. Thanks, Aquarius. read more

My daughter and I were stranded up at Walmart in Ft. Mohave on the evening of Thanksgiving after doing Black Friday shopping. When we got to our truck it would not start so we called Aquarius. Our driver was Hoss and he was exceptional. It was raining while he worked so he got wet and I'm sure cold but he was very efficient in getting the truck on the flatbed and secured. You never hope to get stuck when you're traveling, and it's even more disappointing when you're looking forward to spending time having fun together on a family vacation... but these folks bent over backwards to help get us un-stranded, fixed up, and on our way again. They were quick to respond and call back, offered us a better price than anyone else, towed us out of Death Valley on a Sunday, were kind and friendly with the kids, actually repaired our car, and followed up the next morning to make sure everything was ok. We were always treated like taking care of us as people was the first priority: they made sure we were in a safe place, checked up on whether we'd eaten, offered things for the kids to do while we waited, etc. They helped us to get back to the family time we'd planned and helped the events we hadn't planned on to go as smoothly as possible. I paid her upfront , electronically, $105. they did not open the car and when asked for a refund refused. they took money for services UNRENDERED. This business is the definition of customer service. Our truck, towing a UTV, broke down an hour outside of Vegas. Our roadside service sent Aquarius Towing...and I am so glad they did. Shad was our tow truck operator, and did everything he could to help us out. He went above and beyond what was required. Your driver today that was driving Northbound on Ft. Apache is extremely unsafe. Not only was it a construction and school zone he was extremely aggressive and ran my SUV off the road into the desert when he sped up while attempting to merge instead of slowing down and merging properly. If I didn't have the desert to pull over in he would have smashed into the side of my vehicle while I'm driving my child to school. I would not someone representing my business that way and thankfully we weren't harmed in his unsafe attempt at driving this morning. read more

I got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. After calling GEICO for help, they had Aquarius towing show up. The driver called in advance to find my exact location, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He had driven 80 miles to find me, and then drove me 100 miles to the nearest dealership where I could buy new tires. The driver was incredibly nice and drove safely. With the speed they took care of me I was able to get my road trip back on track. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible horrible service. Waited all day to be towed for them to show up an hour before my vehicle needs to be at the shop in Vegas. He has no idea what he is doing and has to call his boss. My vehicle started before he put it on the truck to be towed. Get it up and it won't start now. The "boss" gets on the phone and starts telling me what's "wrong" with my truck and proceeds to be an ass. Then when I hand the phone back to the employee starts talking shit about how I don't know anything (he was on speaker phone). Worst customer service I have ever received. Incredible service. On my way back to Texas on 6/9/19 my GPS took me from Big Pine, CA toward Hwy 95 across some rather desolate terrain; not desirable for a motorcycle cruiser, resulting in a flat tire 5 miles from Scotty's Castle in Death Valley. After hiking 2 miles with very little water a NPS employee stopped and then dropped me in Furnace Creek, Death Valley, some 50 miles away. I contacted Progressive roadside, they contacted Aquarius who called me. The owner and I discussed my situation, he told me, "we're gonna get you and your motorcycle help." A few hours later the driver arrived, loaded my motorcycle, very professionally, and transported us both to a Las Vegas motorcycle shop. Try to imagine my situation, I'm in Death Valley, it's 106 degrees, a half bottle of water, a motorcycle with a flat tire, 1/2 mile up a road a mule would't use and no cell service. A NPS driver stops to help and Aquarius fixed my absolutely impossible dilemma. These guys are without a doubt customer oriented in every way possible.
