Nor will they fess up they was in the wrong and make things right. So my parents take my grandma's older style van down to have lug nuts replaced. My mom follows in her new truck. These idiots just cut off two wheel studs one on each side. Tells them its fine to drive on 4 studs. Maybe so but they brought it down there to get fixed. However whoever worked on it seen the brakes was getting hot. Took it upon himself to "investigate" and pressed the calipers back and greased them up. That's nice right...... Brakes 101 tells you after pressing the calipers you pump up the brakes to gain back pressure in the caliper not toss the keys back to the customer. Yeah needless to say my step dad backs out with no brakes and smashes in to my mom's new truck. What people do you have working on these cars. If they don't have a clue about brakes or any other mechanical issues then don't touch it. Of course they offered no help and no responsibility to it. Steer clear of these people.
