I have been storing here for a while Management was awesome, even after it changed to less than awesome I found a way to get along with them. The newest manager is rude and suspicious no matter how nice you are because 'being nice is not her job'. read more

I was behind by one month actively on contact with the company letting then know what was going on. I had a past for balance for the month of November $105 +15 for a lock plus$20 late fee totaling past due $140 then accured the Dec balance of $105 so a balance totaling $245 on Dec 5 made a $212 payment paying the Nov past due of $140 per the clerk I only had$20 left to pay. I tried paying it online on Sunday dec 8 as that's as soon as I could come up with the remaining balance for unseen circumstances. I go online to pay it stays I now Owe $140 so I'm like 120 late fee??? I think not. I call customer service and they state my unit up for auction and I owe $246 still yet my payment or $212 was taken but not reflected this is ridiculous now my shit is being auctioned. I would've recommend this place to anyone. Can't even enter the payment in correctly. Now I'm going to lose all my belongings. read more

I used AAA Self Storage to store my 5th wheel trailer for the past several years. The facility is always clean, and in excellent condition. Mickey and Bert are super friendly and make you feel welcome. They are constantly making rounds of the property to make sure everything is how it should be, and if something is "off", they are quick to call and let you know. They were kind enough to let me know that my roof antenna had broke in a windstorm which allowed me to get over there and remove it before the broken pieces could do any damage to the roof. I always felt that my trailer was secure there, and that I had nothing to worry about. They are also the only RV storage facility in the area that has a sewer dump station! If you are looking for RV Storage in Woodland, I highly recommend AAA Self Storage! read more

So impressed!!! Due to a life Tragedy, I have spent the last 9 years renting a storage. In that time, I've had many experiences that were less than stellar, but that definitely Was Not the case at AAA Storage. I have been so pleased with every part of my rental experience here. The prices are fair. The grounds are kept up, perfectly and the management is a truly bright spot in my monthly bill paying. Mickey and Burt have gone above and beyond in allowing me to have such a wonderful experience. Not only are they very kind people, they are so easy to work with. This is the Best rental storage in the Woodland area. read more

We Signed up to use AA storage in August 2017 exactly a year later we were able to move stuff out into our new home except we found that most everything was damaged by there rat infestation!! They claim to have told us to sign up for insurance before we used them, they never did explain that they had this problem!! Over the year we kept putting in new furniture and we had things we expected to be able to have. Including furniture for my newborn and clothes. Books even electronic devices everything chewed up and threw ! Thousands upon thousands of rat Feces on everything including rat piss on every surface. They had basically made A home (mansion and play area for there litte family's) when addressed about they claimed it was because we had food in the storage unit. They didn't offer or give us any help let alone warn us of there problems with rodents and roaches!! We threw in poison boxes months ago so we found many many dead rodents. It was a horrible experience to find all our stuff completely damaged from old photos and family memories passed down. I could say as far as value we lost out on a couple thousand dollars worth of items and trashed and unusable shoes clothes. When we let them know about the issue recently all they had to say was there is nothing they could do about it and it's our fault we should of gotten insurance. Like somehow insurance covers there rat problems..... then we asked if we could use there dumpster to grow away all the trash not anything big at all but just all the trash that was caused by there problem. They let us after giving us a hard time about it still saying it was because of a box of supposedly food we had. We had a spice rack in a box spices in glass. And a couple boxes of hamburger helper sealed up and in the boxes as well a corn starch. Oh yea most of the damaged items were in the front of the unit ! No where near the food and we constantly moved things in and out in the front. In the past we've never experienced this with any storage unit renters so.... would I recommend this place hell no!! I can't wait to move my stuff elsewhere. The staff have always been friendly so thanks but no thanks can't believe we lost so much! That has to be a health violation! So disappointed and disgusted. read more

Management has changed several times and the grounds seem to have a large pest and rodent problem. My items were stored there for approximately nine months. When I emptied my unit I found that my items had been destroyed by cockroaches and mice (mainly quilts made by my grandmother). The new manager's response was that it's to be expected when there are fields nearby and I should I have purchased the insurance. The management seems to care very little for the well-being and safety of your property. read more

Stay away from this place unless you want to be treated like crap. The manager has no clue what customer service is. Yelled at use when we didn't make it out of the gate by the time it locked. I had gotten sick while parking my trailer, so wasn't staying past the gate lock time on purpose. I decided to cancel the contract and asked for a refund of unused months (the previous manager told me that there would be a refund if I canceled after prepaying for 6 months). The manager's choice was to ignore me (can't beat that customer service). We called and the manager was so rude as he said there were no refunds. Seriously, you will be treated better in prison. read more
