He said our system has "no issues" as I am sleeping in my car due to the poor air quality and my dad was hospitalized.

He put in more freon in the meantime so my house will have air conditioning until they can repair it. I will definitely use Richmond's Air again in the future, but for now, hopefully this leak repair will last me for a few years before having to call for service again. The problem is if you have a dehumidifier like most people in Texas, they don't check that even if it right in their face and they also don't tell you up front that isn't part of the maintenance. So, when your dehumidifier breaks it's obviously not their problem. And when you cancel the maintenance plan they won't give you a partial refund even if you have only had it for one month. Weeks is another example of a company with shady business practices.
