The vehicle was in their possession for over three weeks, and when it was returned, several of the same issues remained unresolved. I even brought it back the following day for an oil leak that was still not corrected. I have since obtained an independent inspection indicating that some of the services I was charged for were not performed or could not be verified, along with additional concerns identified after their repair. At this point, I am no longer comfortable returning the vehicle to the same shop and am pursuing formal complaints and small claims. Update: The business responded publicly asking me to reach out, however I have already contacted them multiple times (including emails sent on April 7 and April 10) and received no response. I am still waiting for a resolution. paid $3,087.65 for repairs that, according to a licensed mechanic's written inspection, were not completed. My vehicle was in the shop for over three weeks, and I was charged for a CV axle replacement, tire replacement, and tire services that were not actually performed. The vehicle is still leaking oil. They also missed repairs like the serpentine belt and wheel bearings. If said work was actually done they wouldn't have missed the wheel bearings, and serpentine belt while they had the engine apart and while apparently replacing the left front CV/axel. Which I would have happily paid for. I have reached out to the business to resolve this and have received no response. This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I would not trust this shop without verifying all work independently.

I would like to praise the customer service that I received at the Wimauma Mavis Tire & and Brakes…read morelocation.  The undercarriage cover on my vehicle broke loose on Sunday night.  I really did not know who to turn to, but had seen their location across from the Walmart shopping plaza.  I went to their website and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 8am.  The service offerings in the drop down menu did not offer what I needed, so I selected the Front End Check that is free.  Once I got there, I explained my real problem, not knowing if they would even look at my vehicle.  Much to my relief, not only did they readily take my car in, but provided an "on-the-spot" estimate of $17 (that is not a typo). Once my vehicle was on the lift, Carlos, the manager of the Wimauma location, advised that this is not something that they typically do, but wanted to help me out and get me on my way.  He was able to re-secure the undercarriage cover and I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes from start to finish. While Carlos was working on my vehicle, he explained what he was doing and even suggested places I could get a new undercarriage cover.  He advised that they offer light mechanic services, which essentially covers almost every type of auto services you might need.  My recommendation to anyone who has an issue with their vehicle, is to take it to Mavis and explain your problem.  They will quickly let you know if it is something that they can handle and if not, give you recommendations on where you can bring your car besides the dealership - which is usually the most expensive option. We all have heard the stories of unscrupulous auto mechanics, but that simply is not the case with the Wimauma location.  Carlos' only objective was to help me out and get me on my way as quickly as possible.  It is unfortunate that in today's society, our expectations on customer service are so low, but it does give me hope when you do come across a business/person that truly does just want to help.

Needed new fuel line BMW 128i . I've been trying to find good Beemer mechanic for awhile now…read more I FINALLY hit gold with Gulf Auto Clinic everyone there was exceptionally helpful. Got estimates and ride home from them then picked me up when it was done only bit over an hour later. That in itself is a major find add the very clean shop, reception area , the all around pleasant attitude, knowledge, price this is the first shop since I moved here 3 yrs ago that actually has it all‼ I will be bringing my car here from now on. They also did not leave greasy hand/ foot prints all over my car. A first since I moved here. I highly recommend this business.

First time, great experience. Second time, took the car in and we had to take it back a second…read moretime for them to fix what they fixed. We thought it was a one-off. Then we referred my mom, she had the same problem. They fixed something but she still had the same problem. So she had to bring it back twice. Most recently we took our car in to have the tie rod ends fixed. We got he car back with a very very VERY loud noise. We took it back and they denied the issue. At this point we asked for our money back and the owner got aggressive. Additionally they screwed up our lug nuts so we can't get our tires off. So now we have to repay to do their work and fix the lug nuts/bolts they destroyed. They started out ok, but went downhill fast. A shame because at first we thought they were trustworthy. I recommend not taking your chances unless it's something you have time to do two or three times over....
