My family has had AAA for a while but this was my first time using it. I was driving on the freeway and hit some debree which sliced my tire. Someone was there to help me in less than 10 minutes and had me back on the road in the same amount of time! read more

I am appalled by the lack of service provided by the La Verne AAA location on 8/29/26 [9:55-10:10am]. As a AAA member for 12 years and an insurance policy holder half as long, I was not expecting a AAA associate to refuse to process the DMV registration on a AAA insured vehicle. Reading this one might think that I left the Smog Certification at home, or I brought the wrong form of payment. Nope, the Associate claimed a company policy that does not exist. I was not allowed to pay for the registration because my maiden name was on the registration document and my drivers license and credit card are in my married name. I even provided the associate with an old ID to show the name change, and she refused to complete the transaction. I explained that I had paid with the same card, at the same location on three other occasions. Her response was, "It isn't my responsibility, if my co-workers don't take their job seriously." I opened my AAA membership and insurance policy at this location, and the insurance agent had no issues with me insuring a car that has my maiden name on the registration, while setting up the policy in my married name. I will not return to this location. read more

I visited this office to go over my auto coverage as I was hit by an uninsured motorist. I waited my turn and was then told "we can't talk to you here because you have an open claim " They gave me some 800 # to call instead of going over my policy. I did not request to make any changes. I simply needed clarification of coverage. Another reason to seek other insurance companies in the near future. read more

I stopped by during my lunch hour to get one document notarized. When you have premium membership, it is free. This sweet older lady helped me out and she was so sweet. She told me a story about her father since we shared the same birthday. My time there seemed serendipitous. Quick and easy and help us out within 15 minutes. read more

I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Took care of a few items on my list. It was also done quickly. They get busy but are efficient. I also used the Huntington Beach location in the past to get my car tags paid easily. read more

AAA Insurance - Travel plans - Notaries Near Me - La Verne, California

Extremely polite!! They remembered me by name from the day before. I registered my trailer, which was from out of state, with Kim. She was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the DMV rules, which ia not always the case with other AAA offices, especially with trailers. Thank you guys!!! read more

I was a loyal AAA member for 20 years, but after visiting the La Verne location to discuss my financial hardship, I was shocked by the representative's response. Without hesitation, they canceled my account. I left feeling devastated, experiencing a level of pain I'd never felt from a company before. AAA has always been known as a reputable, family-oriented company. In the entire 20 years I've been with them, I can count on one hand the number of claims I've had to make. This is a final warning for anyone considering their services--AAA has more than enough clients. After 20 years of loyalty, I was treated as if my membership meant nothing. It's clear that they have no issue dropping long-time, faithful customers without a second thought. read more

Called in to get some info on new membership. Spoke to a rep at the number above. Was given quick and straight to the point info. Answered all my questions. Very polite and listened to my needs. Membership was also surprisingly cheap. Have not had to use the services yet to review that. But as far as the customer service , I was pleased and approve read more

Pay insurance bill and get a handicapped placard. I wish I had their names but the lovely woman at the front desk told my husband where to go for insurance and I went to an extremely helpful woman that explained all I needed to know for first time handicapped sticker. I just love AAA!! read more

I've been waiting for over 10 minutes and still haven't been called. The staff inside are just chatting and not being quick. They even started laughing behind my back when I tried to pay with my credit card or cash, lol. It's a truly unbelievable place and I don't think I'll ever use it again. There are disrespectful people there; I won't name names because I don't like giving names, but they know who they are. read more

You could improve your compassion for the homeless. Perhaps offer the person coffee before you call the police. You knew all knew he a was sleeping and he wasn't causing any danger. You could have asked him to get up prior while you unlocked your doors and let yourselves into work. You just didn't like him sleeping on the sideway near your business. You asked him once to move and instantly called the police. Not only that but when I arrive and check in you could confirm then that I needed more documents. I had already called in prior and was not informed. Waste of time and witness your lack of character. Will not return to this office. Weak manager who stood in the building while he made an employee do his dirty work. Disgusting!!!! You all lack compassion, integrity and common sense. read more

Elias the insurance agent from La Verne went above and beyond to help us when we were considering moving our accounts here. He is so kind and patient. He always followed up as promised and also checked in when we weren't as responsive. He offered a number of quotes and explained how we could earn future loyalty discounts. Unfortunately it did not work out for our particular situation but we would highly recommend his assistance and would consider going to him for future needs. read more

Don't ever break down with a pet! AAA is ridiculous. It's 93 degrees outside and our vehicle broke down. We were on our way to an adoption event with a rescue puppy. The operator told us it's up to the driver to allow us with a dog. After that, we find out the operator dispatched service in the wrong city after we gave a specific address. So it tacked on an additional hour in this heat at a sketchy park in Pomona. How in the heck are you going to provide half a service? I own dogs as well. Why would I want to continue service with you if they policy is in place? If there's no way around dealing with the contractors, then AAA needs to provide either reimbursement for a ride share/taxi or specifically find someone who will allow someone with pets. Get it together AAA! read more

Getting car insurance is such a chore. And I've always dreaded having to sit through the process. But today was such a different experience. Not only did I get what I needed, my Sales Agent Frank V. was professional and at the same time made it fun. Our small talk conversation felt like meeting up with a friend. Besides the benefit of becoming a AAA auto club member, the great customer service is definitely worth choosing the La Verne location. So if you're debating on looking for new Auto or home insurance, do it. Go see Frank! read more

I called AAA. My car wouldn't start without me pressing the gas peddle. Asked the operator to check my Nissan battery before I take it to a shop to check the starter. He told me I needed a new battery. I told him that I had a warranty for my new Nissan battery. I only drive 1,500 miles a year! I walk a lot. He told me the warranty was probably no good. He put a used battery in my car and charged me $222.00! I remember wiping off the battery, it had so much dirt on it! Two days later my car had the same problem! I know AAA carry used batteries. A AAA driver once asked me if I would accept a used battery for a discount. I told him no because I don't buy used auto parts. read more

I came across this location through Yelp. I was happy to see it was less than a 10 minute drive from my house. I didn't receive my registration in the mail because I had moved. Based on my internet research it said they would accept my old registration- thank goodness! My Experience: - They are located in an outdoor plaza - I was able to get parking right in front of their office - As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a lady who asked for my first name so she could check me in on her tablet - She then told me to stand on the circle up front to wait to be helped - Within a couple minutes, my name was called and a representative was there to assist me with my transaction - They practice social distancing and have circles where you are allowed to stand - There was a clear barrier between the worker and myself - She asked for my membership card and she was able to immediately help me to renew my registration and update my home address I was anticipating it to be a much longer wait time. I was happy I was in and out of their office in about 10 minutes! I will definitely be going back to this location. read more

Needed a tow last year on a summer eve. Was told a few hours...OK 2 hours later I call back and told another 90 minutes. Waited the 90 minutes and called again and told no ETA. Got the number for the tow company and arranges 1st thing next morning. Of course tow company late then. AAA went to low bidder it seems for the absolute worse service ever. Such a shame as they used to be fairly responsive in the past. read more

I'm come here for handicap placard. As I sit a number of people have come in to this dam express line. Which trumps everything I guess. So don't bother coming here to get things like this done at this location. They don't do Real Id either. Now I've come back for a second day and they did the exact same thing to to me again so handicapped people take a back seat when you come to this location. read more

I called AAA because I had no battery power to my car. Within 30 minutes Omar showed up and got my car started. He showed me how much power I had and more than likely what the problem was. Very irritated with my experience at this location. Went in at 9:10 am to check in with one person ahead of me in line. Nina P decided to help another lady who came in about 10 mins after me with the notarization. When I mentioned it to her, she completely ignores my comment and then after thumb printing, she pretended to forget to give me a tissue to wipe my thumb while I held it in front of her for 5 mins - so I had to ask for it. She was confused about how to notarize an oath of office so I had to give her instructions. Didn't leave until about 10:00 am when I anticipated no more than 15 mins, half hour most, for this service. Her customer service is awful. read more

I've been a AAA member since before I was born and since becoming a licensed driver at 17, I use AAA for anything to save me a trip to the DMV... Usually I stick to the Glendora office bc of the horrid issues at this location and I was right... Went twice last week to get my truck registered in CA after moving back from Nevada and I was treated so horribly and the 4 women I've dealt with in that location were the most rude people ever. When you hit a roadblock they get uber rude and don't apologize for the inconvenience they just expect you to run off and deal with it since it's not their issue to help you even tho ITS THEIR DAMN JOB. Fucking lazy, rude bitches. I wish I had gotten their names, so I could put them all on blast bc with their attitude. they shouldn't be working in customer service. It was 2 older ladies, 1 blonde, 1 brunette, and 2 younger snotty girls, 1 blonde and the other brunette with glasses. 4 of the rudest employees in there. You best believe I will be calling AAA corporate to file a complaint and tell AAA I'm no longer interested in being a customer and I will be taking my business elsewhere.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOUR COOL WITH BEING TREATED LIKE COMPLETE GARBAGE!! read more

My husband and I have been AAA members for more than 20 years. We usually go to the office in Glendora. We recently went to the La Verne office and was treated extremely Rude by Jackie Mathews. Her attitude towards us was very unprofessional and when we asked questions she looked at us like we were stupid. I've been in Customer Service for over 18 years and I could never mistreat a customer no matter how silly the question may be. We ended up needing more documents to renew our tags so we came back a few days later and got her again. Then again of course we were treated Rudely. Seems her attitude got even worse when she saw us back again. I wanted to ask her what her problems was and if she doesn't like working with people then maybe she should seek a job that doesn't deal with the public. We will conduct our business back at the Glendora Office. read more

So came to this AAA to do some DMV things and the front desk guy, was rude as can be. But that is the only reason why I'm giving this place a 4 star. The lady who helped me was so nice and friendly and respectful and advised me on everything, we even joked around and I was able to get everything done on time and everything. So the only bad thing about this place is the guy in the photo I posted on here. The bath rooms was nice and clean and fresh and the staff were all amazing other than the front desk guy. read more

Horrible. I walked in for renewal of registration. The receptionist greeted me. I told her I had a renewal with an exception. Before I could finish she pointed to the line. I again said there's an exception. She replied they do renewals over there. She didn't want to listen. And to top it off the except credit cards only if the credit card matches the name on the registration. And there's a 2.3% transaction fee to use a credit card. You'll take my check for my son's registration but you will not take my credit card for that seem registration? Makes absolutely no sense. read more

Fast service. Friendly service. Very efficient when handling DMV payments. Great location!

Go to a different location the staff here is so slow and lazy. The girl checks you in and although ur in the right line, for the right service other ppl will go ahead of u. Better off going to the DMV,why pay for a AAA membership when they're rude and make u wait just like the DMV read more
