She was very informative and provided clean, clear and concise information. I decided to move forward with them and brought my self, a care giver and another care giver, that was new to the industry with me. Note, we still neederd an additional person to cover 2 day shifts. Let me start by saying, Dezeray presented very well, however; their on boarding process was the worst I have seen in Las Vegas. It was so poor, that each of us had the same ongoing problems, misdirection, confusion and run around. VERY UNORGANIZED AND POORLY DIRECTED. The information they provided and requested was outdated and/or simply wrong. It was difficult to be stay patient and polite until it was just out of control. I presented them with a new client, a set team of 3, and requested only 1 additional person to be supplied and the on boarding was just horrible. I wish anyone luck when dealing with this staff and crew in Las Vegas. This is definitely a CALIFORNIA BASED BUSINESS AND NOT NEVADA.

From the moment they took over my sister's care--to her deathbed was the most loving and professional service I would wish for anyone. I consider myself so lucky to have found them, after a disastrous two weeks with another company. They stepped up right away. The first day I called them they came immediately. That day I met the nurse practitioner Kelli, the RN Elizabeth, and the social worker Kirstin. I was so impressed by the speedy and expert way they handled everything. Right away CompassionCare got my sister back on her meds. Then in the course of a few hours they prescribed and administered pain medication. They moved her out of the horrible nursing home she was in and got her into a lovely group home (Victorian Group Home in Las Vegas) and made sure the move went just as they planned. Someone visited my sister everyday and often the CNA and the RN would go the same day. When my beloved sister was struggling with pain they administered pain meds immediately. The nursing assistant would bathe her and change her bedding. The nurse would take vitals and change her meds as needed. My sister's social worker became my "go-to" person. She was the most incredible person I have ever met. She set up the move to the group home. She made arrangements for my sister's body to be donated to science. She arranged for the funeral home to pick up my sister's body. She arranged for a donation of my sister's power chair to be donated to a wonderful Veteran's group. All this time taking care of everything for me because I was now back home in NJ. I couldn't do anything myself and Kirstin Lewis has shown she can handle the responsibilities all by herself with professionalism and love. I especially want to thank, and single out, Kirstin--my sister's social worker! I can't thank Kirstin enough. In fact, I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart, the whole team that cared for my sister! THANK YOU!!

They were then reduced to just providing a safe environment for a few hours of respite for the family and they were unable to provide hot meals for lunch except one time, otherwise the client was fending for herself while they watched so the family had to make sure plenty of leftovers were available to reheat. They did not take client to scheduled appointments, only did light cleaning once in three weeks and did not help client dress appropriately. Completely unable to trust this company with the care of my loved one. Ultimately, they were observed siting in a chair on their phones while the client was left to their own devices or they would watch tv with her. They marketed themselves as being able to provide an enriching cognitive environment with activities specifically for dementia clients, that was never provided and their staff would ask the family what they should do with the client or how to tell if the client needed anything. If the family did not provide ideas, then the staff just sat and watched tv with the client.
