Alavarado. Located in the center of the city it is a perfect location for anyone that works downtown. I've been using Allstate over 15 years or so as Allstate has insured every one of my houses, rental properties, mutliple cars, motocycles, rental insurance, etc.). He was very personable and accomodating getting my insurance needs in place making a less than stellar event quite painless so I thank him for that effort. So all insurance is alike? Pretty much so.......so what makes them different...........the Agent..........trust me and Mr Alavarado is someone you should consider when considering insurance in the Queen city.

He Insures all of our vehicles/property as well as our children's vehicles. His staff is prompt and knowledgeable. I can't imagine using ANYONE else for our insurance needs. I have even needed to call JC's cell phone on the weekend for an emergency and he answered and helped answer my questions. No other insurance company I have had in the past works to make sure our cars/property are properly covered and saves us money in the process. He took some group photos for our "parents night out". In the middle of the concert, a downpour happened. Lew came immediately when I called him since this was earlier than our scheduled pick up time. The van is very comfortable and clean! Everyone in our group commented on how enjoyable our ride was and that we need to plan another night out so that we can take this van. We called many other places for a ride, and Lew's prices were the most reasonable for our quick trip to/from the concert. We will definitely use Comfy Coach for another night out!!

Absolutely horrible customer service after my brother (member) passed away…read more Countless phone calls, emails, and faxes with no response. Finally, after 7 months being transferred to several different departments, I discovered they would not respond to my communication attempts because I didn't have authorization. Which forced me to get court authorization that cost me time, money and frustration. Then when they did respond, I then learned that they were receiving and reading all my communication the entire time. After talking and emailing with them for 5 minutes they told me there was nothing they could do. All this waste of my time and money could have been avoided 7 to 9 months earlier by a simple phone call. Horrible, horrible organization. Suggest people look for a smaller credit union that cares.
