In my experience, caring about the customer is more of a slogan than a real action with most insurance offices. I've been in some offices where the people made you feel like an intruder into their quiet day while others were friendly enough but kept getting up to handle other people's needs, putting you on hold every few minutes even in person...and once during an appointment time! (The interruptions were so bad that I finally had to say something.) Still others would be standing outside...open the door for you...tell you "I'll be right in"...and then close the door and light up a cigarette, probably thinking I couldn't see them. Sigh. Most drivers have experienced the same kind of unprofessionalism in the past that I have. But Elite Insurance Co has been nothing BUT professional and helpful. Throughout these past three years after selling our motorhome and buying our present car, I have spoken with several of the ladies working there at Elite, most often with Office Manager Tammy Charles, and everyone has treated me like I'm a worthwhile friend! But they're not just very nice people, they're very knowledgeable, too! And if they don't have the answer to one of my questions, they WILL find it and let me know within a day or two! They have proven that I can trust them. So here's the Bottom Line to my Review: if you aren't completely satisfied with how your present insurance office treats you, I recommend that you either stop in or call 704-867-0731and speak with Office Manager Tammy Charles or any one of the ladies working at Elite Insurance Co. There's obviously nothing to lose by talking with them, right?! And maybe there will be something gained...like being happier with an insurance company that IS professional and treats you like a friend, not just "another customer"! :)

This has been the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with an agency !!!!!! I started with 4…read morevehicles and home owners - I have never missed a payment or had a lapse .....the agency removed a vehicle IN ERROR from my policy , I drove that vehicle for about 2 months without insurance unknowing because I was still being billed and paying as If it was covered - to make things worse , it was the vehicle that had full coverage....allegedly they "fixed it " only to find out later that they in fact removed ANOTHER vehicle ....this time , it caused a lapse !!!!! The amount of times I have called and been patient , respectful and trusting that my agency would work to correct things is RIDICULOUS....their rep "Matt" tried - he really did . But things went beyond his scope . "Mrs B" did nothing but ACT LIKE she was going to get things handled - promising to return calls and sort things out - none of which she ever done .....I have left voicemails and asked specifically to speak to Mr.Gallant ....think he reached out ....NOPE ! Clearly customer service is DEAD HERE ! They don't appreciate your business and do not work to assist you in any manner ! Today was the final straw - while on route to the agency I finally decided to just call and switch companies all together.
