I received a number of online quotes from Fedex, UPS, DHL and Canada Post but they were very cost prohibitive. I tried online quotes for various shippers and Roman responded very quickly on the UShip app. Over the app we discussed my shipping needs, size of bike, pick and up and drop off info. I was very nervous shipping a bike with a carrier I had never used before but Roman had excellent online reviews and he was very responsive and professional in all communications. The quote he provided to ship the bike on a consolidated shipment, was a FRACTION of the cost quoted by the above named companies. I booked the pick up through Uship and made a small deposit. We confirmed the dates of pick up and delivery. Drop off would be 10 days following pick up. An Unanticipated delay in pick up occurred due to weather and road closures in Northern Ontario, but Roman was quick to advise of the delay and his revised pick up day. The pick up and delivery occurred as scheduled and on time. The bike was delivered in excellent condition and the delivery personnel were as equally professional as Roman. Not to mention the truck interior was spotless (important for anyone considering a household move). I would definitely utilize his services again whether to ship a bike or any other type of move.
