We needed a company that was willing to think and work outside of the box (pardon the pun). Despite approaching several companies, these guys were the only one of two companies to respond. They gave me a rough idea of pricing. I found this to be helpful as we didn't quite have our addresses ready yet. When it was time to ship, everything went as planned and they delivered the gifts as requested, in a very timely fashion. When there was one hiccup and it was thought that a gift had been missed or not received, they were able to quickly get us the singing information (despite it being the Friday afternoon before Christmas). I found the owner to be very professional and customer service oriented. I know what we wanted while not hard, was complicated. It was the first time I've been told to pay for the tape fee ever. It's still fine though cuz there's a paper shows seal the bag charge $5. But after he show me the paper he said he would not charge me this time. So I thank him, gave him my bag and he helped me sealed and scanned my bag. However after all that he suddenly asked me to pay for the sealing fee! I'm so scared he changed his face so fast! I said you just said would not charge and he said why? It's not a free service!
