He said that Rainier trained and prepared him well. His final lesson was 2 weeks ago, and they did a few routes of "mock testing" at the DMV on a Sunday when the DMV was closed. My first son had Eric as an instructor, and my second son had Rainier. We have had an excellent experience all around with Driving Eric Crazy and recommend them to all our friends who are looking for a referral. We are thrilled with the results and can confidently say that our older son (now 18 years old) is a fantastic and safe driver -- in fact, the ongoing chatter in his friend group is that he's by far the best driver of all his other teenage friends! We were in a bit of a rush because my daughter had her driving test scheduled in two weeks. He was so accommodating to our busy schedule and we were able to fit all the sessions in prior to her test. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire experience. He would send reminder texts, let us know when he arrived, and be responsive to my questions. From the start, communication was terrible -- calls and texts went unanswered, lessons were rescheduled last minute, and they acted like my time didn't matter at all. The instructor was impatient, dismissive, and spent more time criticizing than actually teaching. Instead of explaining mistakes calmly, they made sarcastic comments and created a stressful environment that made it harder to learn. That's the exact opposite of what a new driver needs. The owner wasn't any better -- defensive, disrespectful, and unwilling to take responsibility for anything. Customer service is basically nonexistent. Once they have your money, they stop caring. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. There are plenty of driving schools that actually value their students and know how to teach professionally.

He was very polite. Couldn't follow up yet because it takes a couple days for the DMV to note that you got your paperwork in well. SUPER UNETHICAL!!!!…read more I would NOT recommencement this place at all!!! I purchased a combo package of online Ed plus the 6 hours behind the wheel training for my son. I selected this place, because it has been around for awhile, not too many reviews but they were good, and other driving ed services weren't  currently providing the 6 hours behind the wheel training part, required by the DMV. After my son completed his Online training. I emailed the company asking for the best way to get the certificate. I was told they were going to mail it. 10 days later, they still hadn't mail the certificate. Finally arranged to come over and pick it up.  When I was there, Abdul explained to me that he was going to reduce the 6 hour training to 4 hours due to Covid, to reduce his exposure. I asked if he was going to refund me those 2 hours difference. He said that I was not paying by the hour but for a package, and he was going to make sure to cover all the points required in those 4 hours. I questioned several times about the "practice" being important for a new driver. He said that that would come with The parents 50 hours requirement driving log. After my son passed his DMV exam, I contacted Abdul to schedule a behind the wheel training session. He immediately asked if I was the lady that picked up the certificate the other day, I said yes, he said he was not going to be scheduling a behind the wheel training. He was going to give me a refund for the behind the wheel portion of the training minus his "administrative fee".... He cancelled on me because I questioned the 6 hours behind the wheel, mind you - "mandatory by law", and Charged me for his $11 "administrative fees". We went back-and-forth about this and he's unethical practices. Why was I paying for his administrative fees, when he was the one cancelling on me? At one point he did offer to do the behind the wheel portion of the training; However, by then I had already committed somewhere else. I told him I was going to share this experience online, and he threatened to sue me for $8000 for not following company's guidelines - HA!
