I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. My visit to AAA Dentists was hands down one of the most frustrating and disappointing healthcare experiences I've had.
From the start, communication was terrible. I waited weeks for an appointment, only to arrive and be told there was a scheduling mix-up. No apology, no ownership -- just a cold "you'll have to reschedule." When I finally did get seen, the consultation felt rushed, dismissive, and transactional. I was barely spoken to, and all my questions were brushed off like I was wasting their time.
The billing situation was even worse. I was quoted one price, then hit with unexpected charges after the fact. I tried calling to clarify the bill, and the staff was rude, unhelpful, and borderline condescending. It felt like their only concern was squeezing every dollar possible out of my visit, not providing care.
Even more concerning -- the actual dental work was subpar. I left in more discomfort than when I arrived. I later had to see another dentist to fix what AAA Dentists did wrong. That dentist was shocked at the quality of work and confirmed my suspicion that it was poorly done.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. Between the lack of professionalism, poor communication, questionable billing practices, and low-quality care, AAA Dentists completely failed me. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values patients. read more
