I even had one contractor tell me I needed a full bathroom renovation on a house that was only built in 2018. A clear overzealous attempt at a money grab. I found Welkin Construction almost by chance while getting quotes, and I'm extremely glad I did. From the beginning, they were honest, upfront, and professional. Instead of trying to sell me an unnecessary renovation, they took the time to properly diagnose the issue and fix the actual problem. Their team carefully caulked and resealed the shower, removed bathroom tile, replaced damaged subflooring, cut and installed new tile, repaired the hole in my kitchen ceiling, and repainted the kitchen -- all with excellent attention to detail. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the price was more than reasonable compared to the other options I was given. The owner is a genuinely nice and professional guy and his team was efficient, respectful, kind, and clearly took pride in their work. We implemented them, were still have a couple issues, and they were able to help us resolve them. Needless to say I went from expensive energy bills to manageable, too hot in winter to just right and too humid in summer to perfectly balanced. They take the time to do a thorough investigation and do it right. Honestly, my experience was completely different from some of the negative reviews I've read. From the very beginning, everything was smooth, organized, and professional. Ohad, Lloyd, and the entire team were fantastic to work with. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they kept me informed throughout the process. The project stayed on schedule, the work was completed as promised, and the quality exceeded my expectations. My bathroom was finished about a month ago, so I've had time to live with it and evaluate the work, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I honestly don't understand some of the criticism I've seen because it simply doesn't reflect my experience. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and the finished bathroom looks amazing. Do not believe any words after Revive 360 responds to this post. Nov 2025- Jan 2026, Chicago, full bathroom gut/ install. We did our research and even received a recommendation. They smile to you, take notes, say yes, do not follow through, and give you different from what you ordered. They gave us sloppy work and hidden serious Chicago code violations inside our walls and basement. Chicago code violations are not mistakes and cannot be overlooked. Our trust in Revive 360 disappeared at the end of our project. We hired a plumbing inspector to access their work before the final payment because sewer gas smells permeated our home. Revive 360 was invited but refused to attend. After multiple smoke tests and an adjacent wall in another room was opened, some of the issues causing sewer gas were discovered- no P-trap in the new bathtub, new pipes taped together with 'Flex Tape', the new toilet flange was below floor level, and the new main drain line in the basement had an incorrect slope and had to totally be rebuilt. The inspection, tests, and corrections cost more than the final payment to Revive 360. Revive 360 refused to reimburse anything and they didn't admit to any fault. Their City of Chicago Contractor E License is useless. We found no other license (Plumber's) with the City of Chicago under the name of Revive 360.

I assume this is because they are a small shop and pretty busy not out of malice or incompetence. THAT BEING SAID. I had a great experience with DBR; the crew was considerate, kind and clean. They worked hard and did a good job. They completed many tasks adjacent to what I had asked for in the remodel. Overall I am very pleased with the work they did and I would use them again. Our built-ins and kitchen cabinets looked brand new after their refinishing. The marble surround on the fireplace was meticulously placed. The walls were buttery smooth after their paint job. Our master bathroom was not a complete gut, just a mini-refresh. DBR was able to run the plumbing to accommodate a double vanity in no time and run the electrical to allow the mirror to function properly.
