Each time I have called no one can give me a consistent information on when I will receive the 475.00 they owe me back. I have gotten a better rate with Geico. I am saving a 100.00 more a month. Allstate contacted me to come back for a better rate when I left to go to Nationwide some years ago. If you know what I know, stay with your insurance. Worst experience I have had in my 25 years of driving. Perfect driving record with 3 vehicles insured. I'm sure the no name insurance companies provide better service. Allstate needs to better train their employees. You get bounced around to different departments and no one can answer your question. They don't value your business at all.
