Horrible Experience -- Lack of Transparency…read more My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. I was interested in a 2024 GT3 RS in Ice Gray with blue rims (Canadian-market vehicle). We agreed on the full price, and I had both cash available and my bank loan approved. I signed the paperwork and give them a $2,000 deposit because I was ready to purchase the car. What is especially frustrating is that after I signed the paperwork and give them my deposit, they continued offering the same vehicle for sale for four more days. After several days, the situation changed. I was told that the $2,000 deposit was actually for documentation fees. Then I was told that because they did not work directly with my bank, another dealer would have to help complete the deal, and they wanted to charge me an additional $2,200 for Doc Fee AGAIN I have now asked for my $2,000 deposit back three separate times over the past week, and I am still waiting for my money. I have documentation and proof of everything I have stated in this review, including the communications and paperwork related to the transaction. Keith and Farid, I am asking you directly to please resolve this matter and return my $2,000 deposit. I believe customers deserve transparency, clear communication, and for agreed terms to be honored. This has been a very disappointing experience, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this dealership.

It has been having electrical issues from day ONE , frame issue, the paint job that they did to cover up what they did it has been tearing up badly..... Driver seat electrical buttons panel has been falling off since day 1... she went back and told them to take a look and said it was "fix" but 1 month later by the tiniest tap the sht just falls off... the outside of it again looks bad. they did a half ass job literally on the outside. Now that my gf has been crying, having anxiety because her car suddenly just shuts off or has some other hidden issue we are over it. We are trying to sell it and guess what because it has 2 accident and a bad tittle she can t get more than $1600 from it and she still owes half.... DO NOT GO IN HERE TO BUY A USED CAR EVER! I spoke to a Guy named Lewis originally which advised me about the car price and a price drop on the vehicle which was listed at $34,900, we scheduled a time for me to come over and I did, I drove 1.5 Hours each direction to get to them. when I got to the lot I saw the vehicle and I asked glfor Lewis, " Yes, he'll be right back" I was told by a Young crook who's learning the trade to become an Older crook... Then a finance manager showed up ( a big Crook) and asked me to go inside and run the #'s. All of a Sudden the price of the car was increased by a staggering $10k, from $34900 to 45000... "But don't worry" he tells me, "we can still run your # and get you financed" as if that's the most important detail about the deal... When I told him the #'s are off and I was told a different price the Big crook said "did you really think we'll sell the car for $34,900?" As if it was me that was wrong. Anyway, do not do any business with them, they are fraudulent from the beginning to end and the last thing you'd like is to buy a Car from a fraudulent place.

After I finished discussing me coming in to make a payment that week...but aside from that I seen wires hanging from under the steering wheel as if someone tried to hot wire it, and steal it rather than tow it.. a day before..and then the next day it was gone when I woke up..they left tire marks in the road in the parking lot spot I was parked in..and I thought it had been stolen, so as I go upstairs and says I'm calling the police my sister zanah hicks yells out with a minor smile, sort of a grin as well saying:Nooooooo don't call the police!!! And turns and looks at my mother Valerie Nixon with a smile.... weird!! But what's weirder is that.. shortly after that I received a toll by plate invoice in the mailbox that took a picture of my tag going through the toll booth and whoever took my car didn't have it on a tow truck at all!!!.. which means my car was hot wired, left tire marks in the driveway, & sped off through the toll booth to get back to Miami beach fl...from my apt which was in lake park FL...so now I'm hit with a bill that completely is not my responsibility...my vehicle should have been towed properly on a tow truck and/or they should have had a spare key as well.. therefore this bill shouldn't be arriving at my address..it should be arriving at they're address!!!..I wasn't the one driving it, through a toll booth...if you have any questions feel free to call me at 561-662-5889....(thanks )....

THE FLOOD DAMGE VEHICLE OUTLET FAKE REVIEWS!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!…read more I first came across The Vehicle Outlet through craigslist while looking for a car for my daughter who was starting college. I researched the company and read the few reviews it had which were two 5 star reviews of very satisfied customers. So I decided to give it a shot and take the drive down from ft.lauderdale. First impressions are everything! the car sales man that greeted us looked like he had just rolled out of bed. Even though we had an appointment we waited for about 20 minutes before they showed us any cars. We decided to test drive a Volkswagen Beetle that my daughter had her heart set on and as soon as we sat in the vehicle we noticed a moldy smell. We also noticed that the carpet on the passenger side was damp. The car sales man assured us that it was nothing to worry about and that it was due to a busted A.C hose which had leaked inside, but had been fixed. Other than that the price was reasonable so we decided to purchase it. Exactly 6 days later the engine started to choke. The electrical system as far as windows, sunroof and even headlamps were malfunctioning. I called the dealership to explain what was occurring and they explained that it could be due to a fuse, so instead of taking the drive back down I took it to a trustworthy family mechanic and what he showed me left me horror!! the amount of water damage all over the car could've only been caused by flood damaging. Rust under the car, wires behind the dash fried to a crisp, the spare tire was sitting in a puddle of water.I tried to take it back and they literally told me "BY AS IS" the 3 month warranty was just hearsay and it only applied to financed cars. Please be ware of this dealership the prices are low because all of their cars are flood damaged vehicles. Don't fall for other written reviews on other sites that sound relatively similar in all aspects "FAKE REVIEW" Hopefully this review helps those from getting ripped off.

On Monday 3/15, we txt to for an update to see if the inspection on the car had been completed, and they replied they would check and get back to us. After several hours we received a call that the car had been sold. Sold?!? I was confused as we had been told (Friday 3/13): "I can assure you it won't be, the vehicle is actually getting some finishing touches and will be ready sometime next week I will make sure Jose follows up Monday & Tuesday, you'll be the 1st person to know. If it happens earlier we will surely contact you Helen, thats my word" (have screenshots of all communications). Apparently, the word of Kendall of Ford means nothing, buyer beware.
