This…read moreis my story, I am from LA and I bought a Rolls Royce Down 2020 with 3400 miles, as soon as they shipped me the vehicle, I understood that the car doesn't have 3400 miles ( I will attach pictures on this review) And the car had a lot of problems, didn't pass smog, I took it to dealer and they run the health report of the car, besides the problem it had, the report showed that the vehicle had 4 oil changes, 3 break jobs......( in 3400 miles ) I contacted them and they took the car back to fix it and replace it with other one for me, it have been more that 3 months now after purchase, I have made 3 payments and I don't have the car, and the manager STEPHAN is playing games, so my only solution is to file a complaint at the court which I have started!!! Then a finance manager showed up ( a big Crook) and asked me to go inside and run the #'s. All of a Sudden the price of the car was increased by a staggering $10k, from $34900 to 45000... "But don't worry" he tells me, "we can still run your # and get you financed" as if that's the most important detail about the deal... When I told him the #'s are off and I was told a different price the Big crook said "did you really think we'll sell the car for $34,900?" As if it was me that was wrong. After I finished discussing me coming in to make a payment that week...but aside from that I seen wires hanging from under the steering wheel as if someone tried to hot wire it, and steal it rather than tow it.. a day before..and then the next day it was gone when I woke up..they left tire marks in the road in the parking lot spot I was parked in..and I thought it had been stolen, so as I go upstairs and says I'm calling the police my sister zanah hicks yells out with a minor smile, sort of a grin as well saying:Nooooooo don't call the police!!! And turns and looks at my mother Valerie Nixon with a smile.... weird!! I researched the company and read the few reviews it had which were two 5 star reviews of very satisfied customers. So I decided to give it a shot and take the drive down from ft.lauderdale. First impressions are everything! the car sales man that greeted us looked like he had just rolled out of bed. Even though we had an appointment we waited for about 20 minutes before they showed us any cars. We decided to test drive a Volkswagen Beetle that my daughter had her heart set on and as soon as we sat in the vehicle we noticed a moldy smell. We also noticed that the carpet on the passenger side was damp. The car sales man assured us that it was nothing to worry about and that it was due to a busted A.C hose which had leaked inside, but had been fixed. Other than that the price was reasonable so we decided to purchase it. Exactly 6 days later the engine started to choke. The electrical system as far as windows, sunroof and even headlamps were malfunctioning. I called the dealership to explain what was occurring and they explained that it could be due to a fuse, so instead of taking the drive back down I took it to a trustworthy family mechanic and what he showed me left me horror!! the amount of water damage all over the car could've only been caused by flood damaging. Rust under the car, wires behind the dash fried to a crisp, the spare tire was sitting in a puddle of water.I tried to take it back and they literally told me "BY AS IS" the 3 month warranty was just hearsay and it only applied to financed cars. Please be ware of this dealership the prices are low because all of their cars are flood damaged vehicles. Don't fall for other written reviews on other sites that sound relatively similar in all aspects "FAKE REVIEW" Hopefully this review helps those from getting ripped off.
