if your buying a used car beware... protect yourself keep all documents all texts dont sign anything without an explanation because they will be vague and try to hide information. look at the carfax thoroughly. get another sales agent if your sales agent is giving terrible service. they shutdown the other location for a reason! dont trust the service side and understand your car and what kind of repair is being done to it. take pictures!!!! you will catch them in a lie with pictures their money hungry and use shady tactics. the managers are even worse and they all work together to go against you. they hang up the phone on you and you should be grateful they even picked up to hear breathing. protect yourself they cannot be trusted to do good business read more

Bait and switch has a new name at Hgreg - Addendum. These are additional costs above the advertised price which are listed as features. They add on $3,000 to advertised price plus dealer fee and of course tag and tax which are legit. Expect the actual base price to be $5,000 above advertisement. I could have afforded te new price but I refuse to deal with fraudulent practice. All negative reviews here are well-deserved. We are pursuing this through proper channels read more

This email is an honest representation of the facts and how I felt during the car buying process at your dealership. It has nothing to do with the sales people or anyone else we dealt with as they were all very nice and helpful. First, I called the day before and made an appointment to see a specific car and I drove 3 hours the next day to your dealership. I even replied to text messages confirming we would be there. When we got there the car we specifically asked to see was disgustingly dirty inside and outside. Apparently a manager had been driving it and it never got cleaned. First impressions mean a lot to me and to have driven all that way to see this car not even kept up or cleaned was disgraceful. I was so angry. We had an appointment and your shop knew the day before that we were coming in. Why wasn't the car cleaned and detailed? Second, the additional fees that were added to the price of the car was so disappointing. We went to HGreg because the price was fair, but after you add in all of the fees, especially the protection for $1500 that we were forced to buy was by far one of the most dishonest thing I've seen. If that is non-negotiable then you need to add it to the sticker/advertised price of the car. We were told the other fees were not negotiable which I know is not a true statement. Third, once we decided to purchase the vehicle it took over 3 hours to process our paperwork. We filled out the application and sat and waited for hours. It wasn't until I went into one of the finance offices to say that I was leaving did anyone take action and get it going for us. I was literally crying I was so angry (ask Eric, he saw the tears in my eyes!). If my son didn't want the car so bad, I would have left. We were obviously willing to spend over $30,000 but made to wait for hours sitting there is just unbelievable to me. My credit score came back at 780 so it wasn't like there was an issue with that. Every minute that went by I was getting more mad!! Against my better judgement, we wound up deciding to purchase the dirty car. In the end, we were approved for a $150 check to be sent to get the car detailed where we live. Three weeks later and still have not received it. Overall, I am very disappointed at the experience we had and will have to think long and hard before ever going back to HGreg to purchase anything ever again. read more

Watch out for their hidden fees. They lure you in with what seems to be an attractive price and when you are about to buy it they present you with a $1,300 "pre-delivery fee " for a car which is at their location already, plus a non-optional protection plan for $1,500. Both bogus hidden fees which you even with a magnifying glass wouldn't be able to read in their fine print ! read more

Pay your trade ins before you sell the car. You guys are a robbery. Against the law. The car was traded in over 10 business a days and they still have not paid for it. But they have the car for sale. How is that when they do not even own it. No one wants to respond. They keep saying it was paid and it's not. This is a scam. These people need to be shut down. They don't like to work or follow the law. read more

Ran my credit with 4 different banks after I told them I was pre-approved with Capital One and wanted to finance with them. 4 hard inquiries on my credit to find out I have a near 800 credit score. Smh. Told me the car I purchased didn't have an accident history. After purchasing the car and further inspection the car may have been in multiple accidents. The fact they were quick to throw around no accident history despite visible repairs is extremely misleading. Overall, very ghetto experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more

Extremely messy process. Not only did I have to chase them down to close the purchase, they make 8 credit inquiries, consequently, negatively impacting my rating, they also failed to service the car which caused me an added expense to do an oil change and regular service. DO NOT buy a car from them!!! It was the first time we bought a car, and we didn't know how the process should be. HGreg.com Miami DIDN'T GIVE us IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS for the car, what we found out only a year later. They gave us only useless copies!!! And now they are completely ignoring us, they don't answer the phone and emails! We just can't have these papers from them!! They are cheaters! I guess now the only option for us is to sue them And yes, we tried to reach General Manager and he doesn't answer our calls as well read more

I would give 100 stars if I could! First I would like to say thank you to the HGreg team for getting me into a car after so many other places turned me down or gave me insane options due to my situation. I first dealt with the salesman Henrique. So very nice, professional, and helpful! Although my options were limited he did everything he could to get me in a car. After hours of submitting to different banks I got approved. I drove off in my new car. Since I wanted a suv my options were limited so I got a suv that I wasn't 100% in love with. That's entirely my fault though I was desperate and tired. After 3 days of having the car I just couldn't see myself paying for it long term. I called Henrique back and told him and he was as kind as he was when I went in to purchase. He informed me that he couldn't make that decision so I would have to go in and speak to the manager Carlos. At that point I was like "Great! I have to now deal with a stuck up car lot manager" this definitely won't end well. I thought I was going to have to fight my way out of that car. It took me half a minute of explaining my situation for him to say "don't worry we got you, we want you to be happy" Uum I'm sorry sir, what? That's it? I was so very surprised at how easily it was to get my situation fixed. He then passed me to a salesman named Ray. My experience with Ray was... Phenomenal to say the least. He had such a great attitude! Made me feel as if I was with a friend I've known forever. He knew his stuff! I thought he had been there forever. But to my surprise he was one of the newest salesman. He was so very helpful in assisting me with choosing the best option for me. He was so attentive to everything I needed. Carlos also kept coming around and checking in. They got me approved again and I am now in a car I love and am happy paying for. Needless to say I recommend Hgreg for your car purchasing needs! No matter your financial situation they have an option for you. Thank you all so much Carlos, Ray, and Henrique for all you did for me! You definitely have a forever customer with me! read more

Total bullshit dealer. Sold me a car with out a headlight and they told me they would fix it then ghosted me turns out there is no bulb or wiring to the headlight. Gonna cost me 500$ of my own money to fix it. read more

These people are VERY good con artist. They do such a good job showing you the background of the car and the carfax report. I went there because I wanted a car with no problems. This is my first time leasing a car. I haven't had the car for 2 weeks and while I was going to work the car stopped accelerating. It will cost me an additional 1700 dollars to get my car fixed. They are selling cars with known mechanical issues. How could they not about this very big mechanical problem... Thank you JUAN. VERY GREAT SERVICE read more

Recently, my daughter purchased a car and paid cash with no trade in. After driving it just one full day, she decided to return the car to the dealership. There were several issues with the vehicle that were not evident during the test drive. HGreg claims you can return vehicles in 3 days, or 300 miles for a full refund. We returned the car 11 days ago and she's still waiting for her money! One star is one too many, but zero wasn't an option. We'll never deal with HGreg again. read more

After many many phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice-mails, over the course of 2 weeks I could not get anyone to help purchase a car I was interested in. 3 months ago I found a car I liked and I liked the price, only issue was a minor touchpad issue. Anthony was great, doesn't know a lot about Mercedes, but he definitely goes the extra mile. Hgreg said they'd fix it their service center within my 3 day return period and didn't so I returned the car. For weeks they didn't process it, holding my deposit. Glen, finance manager, decided to add an extended warranty to that deal also. If not for the shortage of cars I would have gone elsewhere, but against my better judgment I decided to go back and buy a car again a month later. This time I had Juan as my salesman, he doesn't answer direct questions. Finance manager, Jose, avoid at all costs. He kept calling me Princess? He blocked me soon after my purchase after I asked where my refund check is for my plate. My registration hadn't completely been reversed so instead of a plate they gave me a temporary tag, a $100 difference. I'm just now getting that check because since Jose was in such a rush to collect my check there were errors 3 different times. Last month I had to reach out TO THEM to have them process the loan. I've never received a call back ever from anyone except Glen. Always had to just email everyone at Hgreg and hope for the best. I've never seen a business take such a handsoff approach to making a profit. The owner will print out a fake breakdown and tell you that his wife just bought a car yesterday and show you to justify any cost you question. The appearance package IS removable. I WOULD NOT roll the dice with any Hgreg. read more

FRAUD ALERT - NO 3 DAY Guarantee!!! Blatant false advertising, submitted for investigation to the Florida Attorney General. READ THE CONTRACT you are buying a car WITHOUT a 3-day guarantee and anything they tell you or on their website is false advertising and almost comical because its such a blatant lie but what else do you expect from a used car dealer who knows nothing about their vehicles and blasts samba music. They spent 3 hours with 2 'managers' trying to convince me to drop $24,000 by signing their agreement that in bold letters makes a final AS IS sale with no guarantee. read more

Second time purchasing a vehicle from this location, not the best experience this time around.

I'm giving one star because they are horrible at helping their customers , my mom got a car from there and " it didn't have no problems " it was perfectly fine " . So I was in her car with her and we noticed a weird sound , she went ahead and checked it out they sent her to another dealership to see if they could fix it but they said that it was a total lost that she couldn't be driving that car anymore so we decided to go to this piece of shit place to see if they could do anything , they didn't want to help her all , they told her that her car was fine and it doesn't have any type of problems knowing damn well that it does but anyways they don't answer the phones anymore because they know that there's a problem with the car . So don't go to this place don't try to get a car don't do anything if could give a 0 star I would but it doesn't let me read more

These people are idiots. One tire on the car we bought was damaged so they said to set up an appointment and they would replace it. They ordered the wrong size tire and ended up putting on two undersized tires on the car. They refused to help to get the correct size tires for the car. Then I go to check my loan payment history and they set up two loans so I was beI got billed double. Once again, these people are idiots and it is best to avoid them. read more

I bought a car from h Greg in Doral it was a 2022 Toyota Camry with 16,000 miles great right? this car should last forever one week later I'm back at the dealership telling them about issues with the car overheating as well as steering column issues and battery would not hold a charge they told me their repair or service department was in medley and gave me the number. I called them they didn't have an appointment for 2 weeks I told them the car was not going to last 2 weeks and I was right three days after I called them the car broke down while I was driving Uber I had to ask my customer to steer while I pushed it out of the middle of the road on busy Biscayne boulevard in Miami Florida that was on a Saturday the service department is not open on the weekend so they had a tow truck come and pick it up that Monday they kept my car for 15 days happy to go pick it up even though I had to make my payment without being able to drive it for more than one week from when I first bought it it started running hot again and I have to rev it up to make it go to speed limit this car is a total piece of crap and I know Toyota's not the problem I'm thinking their service department obviously used some Blue devil which is a temporary fix that should just hold it off long enough to make it look like they're not responsible. I called them back the salesman who I wrote such a great review for at his behest upon purchasing the car of my Uber driving dreams told me it was out of his hands and to bring it back to the service department who by the way when I picked it up had my car looking like it was parked in the middle of an Oklahoma dust field it was so filthy. I can't say enough bad things about this company a friend of mine told me they had a horrible experience with h Greg I thought either they just didn't know how to pick a car or it was an aberration and an exception to the rule they were absolutely right and I wish I would have listened to the person that I never listened to. Do not buy a car from them spend a couple thousand dollars more and get it from a reputable preferably new dealership if it has to be used I don't know who's good but I know they're not read more

We were in the market for buying a car. I found a Honda accord online that was perfect. I contacted the dealer to ensure the car was still available and completed the credit application online. We live very far south Miami probably about an hour away. I understood that the dealer hears all the time that a customer is on their way to look at a vehicle and never shows up. Even with this in mind the dealer assured us that they would await our arrival even if it was a little after closing. With the rioting and closure of certain areas of the highway it took us a little bit longer time to navigate and get to the location. Let me first start off by saying... The staff was extremely helpful and made the process of purchasing the car streamline. Our sales agents name was Diego. He was such a joy to work with and wasn't one of those pushy sales people that try to get you to buy a car even if you don't want that particular car anymore have decided against it. He provided Informative feedback but was not obnoxious. They had a wide selection of vehicles however I was dead set on getting a Honda accord. There were several cars that met that criteria but I ended up getting the one I initially saw online. I greatly appreciated that the vehicle we came to see and called about was actually the vehicle we got to test drive. They are so many dealers that tell you a car is there and by the time you get there the car was never actually still available and they try to Push on you some thing that you don't want, or something similar that wasn't the original vehicle. Diego was amazing and was right there with us the entire way through the process. Our finance consultant Christopher was also very good and was able to get us financing and continue to search the next couple of days for a better finance rate. I walked out with the car within approximately two hours. We couldn't have asked for a better team.We love our car it was top of the line with all the bells and whistle's go Honda Accord! And once again thank you H Greg and especially Diego and Chris read more

Loved every min. of my experience. I went in wanting to look at 5 different cars Henrique Jean printed out all 5 Carfax and showed me all 5. He was knowledgable about it each one. After viewing each one I was deciding between 2 of the cars. Henrique did everything possible to make sure I had a pleasant experience and helped me decide. He was very customer oriented and patient. He went above and beyond to help, even drove with me to drop off my rental and to pick up my credit card. Thanks for the new car HGreg, loved my experience. read more

If I can give these guys a higher rating I would. From our sales rep to the manager our process was so simple. The manager Carlos was amazing! They took care, honest and upfront about everything. I did have to ask for any of the cars history reports, they were already ready with them to show. They made this car buying experience so easy. I will be referring all friends and family there way and continue to buy with them in the future! read more

Awful. Do not try to work with their out of state service. They sent me the price details, including title and registration. After getting a loan matching the total, they then told me title and registration would need to be removed and handled separately by me in the state I lived in. So I had the load reworked. Then they said the line stating "transfer fee" was their internal commission (?) and that the transfer fee would have to be handled by me separately. So I found a transfer service, called back this morning to let them know I have everything ready, and they told me they sold the car to someone else, after stating it was on hold for me. Now I have to rewind everything I had set up. Avoid this company by any means necessary. read more

Amazing atmosphere. Great team with super positive energy. I definitely will recommend everyone to go to HGREG Miami.

OK this was a great buying experience, clean showroom, courteous salesman, and they had the car I wanted to buy at a price that was right because of their bottom-line pricing. We closed the deal and went to pick up the car. THIS IS WHEN IT WENT SIDEWAYS. They only gave me 1 key fob and 2 keys. 1 of the keys was bogus, and the only thing it did was set off the car alarm (really embarrassing when you live in a quiet neighborhood and you don't know how to stop the blaring horn). Next, I contacted our salesman and asked him to get it rectified, my feeling is that any car you buy should have 2 WORKING keys. I got every excuse in the book why HGREG couldn't get me or pay for another set of keys, which cost $350-$400 at the dealer. I would think when they do their car prep and inspections having 2 working keys would be at the top of the list to take care of before selling the car, and if not, it should be disclosed to the customer. Kinda like selling you a car with only 3 tires, that would be extremely noticeable and far less costly to remedy. LONG STORY SHORT; make sure the car they are selling you has 2 working keys and fobs before you buy. Otherwise, walk away. read more

I visited hgreg had great customer service by the salesperson but when I went home I had a flat tire I noticed that car didn't have a spare tire or a jack to raise the car so that I could at least fix it. When I went back to explain that I didn't have a spare tire and if it was possible to get one from one of the other cars they had or if it was possible to get one any other way with me willing to pay. I was told by the manager that no he wasn't going to help me in anyway and that I bought the car as is. Also it was done very rudely and he turned his face from me like if I didn't spend $34,000 there. As I continued to talk to him to get some kind of closure he just shrugged his shoulders and said by to me with a smiling face. I'm actually glad he did that cause my wife wanted to buy a Mercedes they had there and after the way I was treated there by the manager that will not be happening. Luis Angel the sales person was great to deal with and him actually trying to help me assured me that he was genuine and a good person. So I salute you saleguy Luis just wish Hgreg manager treated everyone like you treat them. Thanks hgreg for not helping me and not allowing me to spend anymore money with you guys. read more
