literally the worst insurance company EVER. my granny filed a claim with her roof that has very…read moreobvious hail damage and they said there was nothing wrong with the roof. fast forward a few weeks later they sent her a letter through the mail giving her a list of things to fix before they could go any further (the roof was one of them) so they acknowledged that the roof needs to be replaced and then they told her to paint the windows that are outside. just lots of silly reasons that aren't important at all. They don't want to fix anything or give you money to fix anything. 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy. Theyve cause my granny lots of stress so now I'm trying to help her gather the money to help cover getting a roof replaced which Is going to be almost impossible. Were dropping them completely and getting a new insurance.

I had one claim with Allstate ($4,000 for both parties) and I had no problem with being reimbursed for the expense, so I like the quality of service. Another issue with Dan is constant emails /phone calls / letters that are sent even after I requested to be removed from the list. I just got an automated phone call from Dan, thanking me for being a valued customer; I switched over a year ago!

The other person who hit my car lied to American National Insurance saying that I was the one who hit his car and took off. American National Insurance denied my claim.
