Zane at G&G found me the best plan and he explained every line item to me. I've never had a better grasp of insurance. A friend recommended an insurance company that quoted me $4,000 a year. Well, they didn't cancel all my policies and left one open for some reason and debited $217.38 out of my account on March 13th. When I called about it they said they will correct it immediately. About a week later I received a check for $86.29, so on March 21st I called again and they informed me they will get it fixed and opened a "ticket". As of April 3rd I still haven't received my money so I decided to follow up again...this time a very defensive assistant to Brad Scott made me feel like I was being a jackass for wanting clarification on why State Farm just opened a ticket on 4/3/19 and not on 3/21/19. This guy kept interrupting me and saying I was talking over him. He kept saying we aren't trying to screw you and couldn't answer any of my questions. I wasn't saying they were trying to screw me, I just wanted an actual answer. He needs to understand to actually listen to people's concerns and not get so damn defensive. He also told me the person in charge of the situation will call me that day...still waiting on that call. It's not how you handle people when things are going good, it's how you handle people when things are not going right and this agency needs some serious training. "Don't listen to reply. Disrespected & Mistreated at State Farm - Justin Ray's Office…read more Date of Incident: May 16th 2025 Location: Justin Ray - State Farm Insurance Agency 1345 E Henri De Tonti Blvd Suite B, Springdale, AR 72762 As a Black woman seeking clarity about an inaccurate quote I received from this office, I was met with clear microaggressions and unprofessional behavior. At 11am, I visited in person with my mother as a witness and brought a recorded conversation to calmly prove what he had originally said before discontinuing our conversation. Instead of listening, Mr. Ray dismissed me, called me rude ahain, and refused to acknowledge the facts. When I asked who I could speak with to escalate the matter, he told me he had no supervisor. This experience was humiliating and upsetting, especially given I was respectful throughout. It's unacceptable for a customer, specially a woman of color, to be gaslighted and silenced for advocating for herself. My mother witnessed the entire interaction! The service was poor, dismissive, disrespectful, and so deeply unprofessional! I will be switching to another agent and posting this review on every platform possible so others are aware.
