I explained to the rude lady that I did not understand how this process worked because I've never had to go through this. I stated that another bails bond company told me that it would take until the next day to get someone out so I wanted to know how their process worked. She explained the process with the nastiest attitude and as I was trying to understand everything she just hung up the phone on me . Because I was desperate to get the person out, I went with her anyway ! When it was time for him to be released, she called and was in the middle of leaving me a voicemail before I was able to answer the phone. I was only able to catch the tail end about him getting out. So when I actually answered the phone and simply said "Hello" she hung up AGAIN. I called back to ask her what she said, exactly and this crazy lady screamed at me saying "you didn't hear what I said ?" I yelled back "NO!" She is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across in my life with any business ! Don't ever use this bail bond place. This business should be closed down or she needs to go !!!!!

Like if someone is calling from jail why would you hang up, and not assist and provide the service that you advertise. Needless to say, that behavior has made me side eye their ability to properly conduct business, and reached out to another local, and was given the respect that displays excellent customer service.
