When I arrived, shaken and traumatized by the accident, a dismissive and arrogant male in the office charged me 506.00 dollars for this short tow. He proceeded to inform me if I paid immediately he would not charge me storage fees-how kind (sarcasm). When my husband picked up the vehicle, the employee who helped him, informed my husband the amount I paid was not their towing fee. I suspect the arrogant male in the office pocketed the additional money. This is corrupt business practice and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Between the service and the insurance rep. i got two different stories. the job took longer then promised and NO offer to help or fix the rust when i stopped in for suggestions, I understand the rust coming through on my truck like they all do but to get the cold shoulder and plain out NO felt like poor service. When I got there Luke Weber and another guy were there talking to my son. He told my son to pull the car into their lot so no one would get hit on the road. He then looked at the tire and asked if we had a spare tire. We did but IT was flat. He suggested we call Shorty and see if he had any tires the size I needed. He didn't, but they would be in there tomorrow. Luke then went a got a jack and took of the flat and had the flat spare filled with air, and put it on for us so we could at least get home. I offered Luke some money and he refused and said he was glad he could help. I was thinking that if Mike's Countryside employees treat people who weren't even their customers that good, can you imagine how well they'd treat their customers!!! He also repaired paint damage on my front bumper. Incredible attention to detail, the shop is spotless, the staff are friendly and helpful. When I picked up my van, it had been detailed and smelled better than brand new - I was shocked and so appreciative. Because I was without my vehicle for an extended period of time, no fault of his (the dealership didn't have one for me), he provided me with a loaner.
