I originally called Clean Air to check out an old scary pellet stove in a house I just purchased…read more They came out and did an inspection, free of charge, and then reasonably said "we can't fix this" (it was super old and rusty and definitely not going to be safe) - and so we discussed options. The guy worked through some different heating options with me, since I wanted to replace the old baseboard heaters. After we settled on a mini split heat pump, he stayed and took some measurements and we came up with a quote on the spot, considering the different pump sizes, brands, and layouts. They then worked with me to get the financing to make it possible. The installation for 2 outdoor units and 3 heads was done in a single day, and then another day for the electrical work to hook up. The crew was very nice and respectful of my space. Unfortunately some control wires got crossed during the installation (so the coolant was going to the wrong unit) and it took me a while to diagnose why the temps were so weird between the two units upstairs. But once I called and asked about it, they came right out and fixed the issue and it's been working great ever since!

This sidewalk connects two sections of a heavily-used recreational trail, but because it was parked on the sidewalk, people had to walk into the street to get around it. Lots of elders in this neighborhood use that sidewalk for their exercise. There isn't a sidewalk on the other side of the street that people can use instead. I contacted the company via FB to let them know, but got no response. I'd waited an hour before posting here hoping that my FB message would prompt them to move it. Didn't happen. He explained the process clearly and completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. We also had some ducting that needed to be replaced. A second technician arrived promptly and installed the new runs under the house quickly and efficiently. Recently, an insulation company informed us that a rodent had chewed through ducting connected to our furnace, ducting I believed had already been replaced (it hadn't; rather, they simply reattached it).
