Great mom and pop! A previous shop left a less than professional job. These guys came up with a recommendation and fixed the issue the same day. I really appreciated the effort - especially since I'm traveling. As far as the fix - couldn't be more pleased. 2014 RAM 5.7 with a few mods needed a better breathing muffler. Bought a used vehicle that had a custom exhaust you could hear a mile away. It was so loud that I intentionally kept the throttle below 50% as much as possible. Ended up buying a replacement muffler and called this shop to make an appointment. The owners Scott and Tammy are so incredibly friendly and care much about their craft. The technician had my vehicle in and out in less than a half hour and did a spectacular job! The new muffler sounds amazing and is not too loud but still sounds like a performance exhaust. It was a pretty complex job to redo the entire exhaust in 3" from the headers back, and Scott exceeded my expectations! About a year ago, someone stole my catalytic converter and I don't make that much money so it was a pretty big deal for me. my regular mechanic suggested this business and I am so glad that they did. Scott and Tammy were absolutely wonderful. Tammy asked me when I needed my car for work and I told the truth that I would need it within a few days. Because I had an older model car, they were able to get a new part pretty quick. Unfortunately, my insurance was taking a really long time to get back to them. Tammy did me a huge favor and allowed me to take my car while they waited for the insurance money. Their kindness and great work saved me a ton of stress and really helped me make it through the month financially. I got an exhaust built for my truck and I mentioned that I do a lot of off-roading so it'd be nice to get the tip shortened so it's not hanging in the way. Great shop! I put a suspension lift kit on a 92 Dodge Ramcharger, and that caused all sorts of interference issues with the existing exhaust, driveshafts, and new springs. Scott listened to what I needed, and put on a new custom exhaust system using v-band joints where I needed them for easy removal as I continue restoring this truck. He really understood the issues a DIY guy has with a truck like this, and gave me a great looking exhaust system. He got it done in two days, and it came in *under* his initial rough quote. Positives: I wanted a resonator removed, Scott, I believe his name was, The co-owner/tech tied the new straight pipes in nicely and even tied them into the old anchors, the bends are nice, the job only took ~30 minutes, he was nice, if it wasn't for his wife I'd recommend them. He was also nice to let me take before and afters so I could show my friends where on the car the resonator was (and for referrals). Negatives: I had a 1:30 appointment, car didn't move until 2:15. The wife of the tech/co-owner (she sounded very nice on the phone) didn't like that I was particular with my car (my $70k car...), they said they work on a lot of cars I said I'd still like to show the tech how to start it as it's not a normal process (push button start, heavy clutch that must be absolutely to the floor, etc). Gave him the key and he actually got it on the second try, he then tried to reverse (he knew where this was so that's good (VW/Audi's are different in this regard)) with the parking brake on, I had to point out and show him how to use the electromagnetic parking brake. She later asked me how I heard about the place and I said Google Reviews, she said "oh that makes sense, most people come here from word of mouth and aren't so particular about their cars". Overall: Great craftsmanship, poor customer service, really wanted to support a local family owned shop but I guess I'm "too particular" read more
