I rented a unit last fall. When I originally went to move things in, there was a problem with the…read moreunit and they assigned me a different one. Last month I went to my unit and found that both of my locks had been cut off and the unit was completely unsecured. I called and was told they had a clerical error and my payments that were made on time every month were being assigned to the original unit and so they had labeled my actual unit as unpaid. The guy I talked to on the phone said the best they could do was a $10 credit to compensate me for the $40 worth of locks they cut off. I moved all of my things out the next day and emailed them (per their instructions) my cancellation notice. They keep sending me late notices (because I paused the auto billing) and today I got an email that they charged my card even though the billing was paused! I have sent multiple emails and left voicemails telling them that I gave my notice and I wasn't going to pay anymore. Their response was to override the paused billing and charge me anyway! These people are not only incompetent but also crooks.

My husband and I had Jimmy…read morecome out to give us a bid on moving us from our 3 bed 2 bath home within a couple miles of our new home. He quoted us two trucks and 5 movers and an estimated time it would take. They had to store our belongings for about 5 days while we waited for our new house. The day before delivery, he called and requested payment, which ended up being $3000 more than quoted. They were late to deliver, and the guys took their time as they are paid hourly. 8 movers should not take 5 hours to bring in furniture and boxes. We were also quoted 5 movers, and were never communicated that there would be additional movers assigned, which drove up the cost significantly. Once they left, we started unpacking and finding several things broken. We purchased additional insurance, so most of everything was covered, but things we packed ourselves were not covered and we were not aware of that detail. We also reached out several times about the discrepancy in quote price and requested a refund for 3 weeks post-move, to which we were unsuccessful. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know, and I would actually tell anyone to steer clear of doing business with them. I sincerely hope this review helps spare someone from having to go through what we did.
