Her name is Tran, I prefer her over the other lady because she doesn't hurt you at all! They aren't that expensive either my full set cost $63 with the design! Called the day before to book an appointment. Yet when I arrive (well in time), am told I have to wait because another customer who just came in had a special request for one of the nail techs. Not sure why that should give her preference over me (or why they couldn't book their schedule accordingly) but.... OK? Then I proceed to wait not just 5 min, or 10, or 15- but a whopping 20 min before they start my service! Not only that but the nail tech I eventually do get looked disinterested in her job, rushes through my session as fast as possible, doing a sloppy job along the way and by mistake while removing the cuticle super fast she cuts some of the adjacent skin on one finger causing it to bleed. There are many, many nail salons in SLC. Was highly disappointed this place didn't live up to the previous good reviews-- like not even by a long shot. We decided to try AA Nails because of the reviews and we are so glad we did! They were super friendly, the shop was very clean and inviting, and our pedicures turned out great. Two things that really stuck out to me - first, I accidentally picked out a translucent polish from their nail board. Rather than just applying the polish and sending me on my way, they checked before putting it on. I was able to pick a new solid base color and they then still applied the sparkle/translucent top coat so I got the color/style I was going for. It turned out beautiful! Second, and this may seem small but made a big difference, they actually checked the temperature of the warm towels before putting them on my legs. I can't even count the number of times I've had a scalding hot towel put on my legs fresh out of the warmer at other places. They took the time to let the towel cool down a bit so that it was perfectly warm and did not burn when they put it on my legs/feet. This will be my go to Nail place in Murray, definitely worth a visit! read more

I went in for a pedi before my trip and let me just tell you how disappointed I was because I couldn't get it fixed before I had to leave. They have a new girl and she needs more practice.
