They were assigned to the job at 9:40PM (see image below) and AAA estimated their arrival time at 10:33pm. We were never updated on their progress in getting to our location and after calling AAA several more times between 10:15 and 10:30pm they finally had the dispatcher for Locksmith Management, "Mary" call us and advise us the technician would be there in 30 minutes. It was clear by 11:30pm that nobody was coming and AAA did not have another available locksmith at that hour of the evening. We finally left the car there and Ubered home at 11:30pm. It makes me question the standards of AAA when it comes to vetting its locksmith partners. It is clear to me the locksmith that will take a more lucrative order if one comes in after they accept a request from AAA where they must accept a contract price. If you have time to wait for them to show up then they may be good, I can't speak for their craftsmanship since they never showed up. Since there are plenty of locksmiths in the ATL, you may want to try someone else.

I told them I wanted a quote for the service and their confidence that they could actually complete the job, before sending someone. They assured me it wasn't an issue, and the technician would explain their pricing. The technician arrived, hovered around in the vehicle for 15 minutes, said they couldn't program the key for this particular make and model, and said I still owed him $50 for the service call. The guy never even pulled out a tool. Didn't use an OBD2 reader. Makes me wonder if they just ride around all day collecting small fees from people, without actually doing any work. Big waste of time!
