Everything went fantastic!! The rates were amazing, the driver was great, and Art was such a breeze to work with! There was a little bit of communication errors between what I would tell them and what would get relayed to the rest of the team. Even after updating addresses, they wouldn't have that in their system, one person would call and then another would call right after and ask the same questions, and even then our driver wasn't given the directions to drop the men off at the venue first and then come get the ladies. But honestly, I consider this all a small hiccup! The Mercedes sprinter van was better than what I was expecting! More of a party bus and I was pleasantly surprised! It was stocked with sodas, water, plastic champagne glasses, and even a complimentary bottle of champagne for me and my wedding party! Overall, I am beyond satisfied! Thank you Art and team for providing such excellent service! read more

I have been using AA Limo services for for both business and personal reasons for over 8 years and would never use any other transportation service! Art and his staff are extremely professional, courteous and they make safety a priority. They are very accommodating, always on time ms I never have to worry about getting where I need to be. All the cars are immaculate and top notch! I recently traveled with a large group and had the pleasure of being picked up in their new Mercedes sprinter and that was so nice, spacious and such a treat! definitely the best transportation service ever!! read more

Excellent communication made it a great experience. Car and driver were perfect. My flight had been delayed almost an hour but AA was on top of it. read more

A great experience! My first of many to come! Art was so professional and accommodating when I called to explain that I have a broken foot and was looking for a driver who could take me and my bulky knee scooter to surprise my Dad for lunch on his 94th birthday. When Art says, "No problem, we can do whatever you need, he means it!" Cain was the most attentive, proactive, thoughtful and helpful driver I have ever hired...and I regularly hire drivers. Cain found the most scenic route -- without adding time to the ride -- because he knew I've been stuck at home for seven weeks. He insisted on assisting me into the lunch venue and making sure my scooter and I were settled. He returned early to ensure I didn't have to wait or be uncomfortable. if it were possible to leave it more then five stars, I'd leave the maximum. I'll definitely hire AA Limo Service again...and again! read more

I used AA Limo for my sons 14th birthday. They communicated really well, were punctual and the Sprinter Limo was on point! I definitely recommend and will use them again. read more

AA Limo Service - Sprinter Limo - Limos Near Me

Very professional and worth every penny. I really appreciate that Aaron was on time and treated us with respect. Had an incredible time and we will always remember the special moment our family enjoyed. AA Limo Service provided a new model Cadillac Escalade capable of transporting 12 of us. It had beautiful red lighting inside and comfortable leather seating. The interior was not overdone or tacky, it was very clean. Thank you!! read more

AA Limo Service - Limos Near Me

I can't say enough about the amazing service David and Art provided for my daughter! I was the worst example of a customer who made 3 changes to the reservation and they were so accommodating. When the car arrived the had champagne and snacks for my newlyweds. The price was not appropriate for the amazing service provided. The car was pristine and Art was dressed impeccably. read more

What a relief!!! From Ventura. Right from my home, expensive but reasonable. I don't have to fight with LAX. They took care of my guests using Burbank airport and using LAX. They even helped with the luggage. They figured out when to leave to get to LAX. They were exactly on time. AA Limo is a treasure!!! read more

We used this limo service to transport us from Los Angeles to Moorpark for a brunch outing, the weather was about 85°. The driver arrived to our pick up location on time and was extremely nice. Shortly after the driver arrived, the limo wouldn't start and he thought a jump start was needed. My friend's husband who's familiar with cars advised the driver that the stretch Escalade had two batteries. Upon a brief inspection under the hood, one of the batteries had a piece that wasn't connected. Once the piece was connected the limo started up with no problem. We began our 36 mile journey shortly thereafter. Upon entering the limo we noticed that it was extremely warm, despite the air conditioner blowing. We thought that the car was warm because we had just started moving and eventually it would cool off. Well, it did not, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable for the hour plus it took us to get to our location. The AC did not work, the ride was miserable, by the time we arrived to our location we were all sweating, our clothes were wet, hair and make-up was a mess. We informed the driver that the air wasn't working when we arrived he advised us he would notify the dispatcher. After enjoying brunch for a few hours, we returned back to the limo and asked if the AC issue had been resolved, we were advised that the driver notified the owner and the owner said it was working well. However, the owner did not come to Moorpark to confirm that the AC was working. I spoke with the owner to express my concerns with the non-working AC and his concern was making sure his driver was getting paid and he threatens to leave me and the other 12-14 passengers in Moorpark. The owner lacked compassion and basic customer service skills, I would be cautious when renting from this company. The owner is money hungry. read more

I booked AA Limo Service for my wedding day. They are amazing and I highly recommend booking them. With all the chaos that comes with getting married our driver was calm and courteous. He literally greeted me saying "I got you" and he really did. The stretch limo looked great. The drive was smooth and prompt. Don't wait another minute, book AA Limo Service. You found the right company. read more

I found AA Limo Service on google, called and spoke with Art, who was nice on the phone, little did I know what I was getting myself into. I read his reviews and thought I was in good hands. I contracted AA Limo for my daughter's Quince this passed weekend. Art initially gave me a "GREAT" quote for an "NEWLY remodeled Escalade " that seated 14 people, everything seemed too good to be true, but I trusted him and his "reviews". Two days before our event Art messaged me that the escalade was not available because the ac was "broken". He sent me videos and pictures of a Lincoln that would only seat 11 people, I agreed to it, because 2 days before my event, I knew I didn't have time to find a new company. Art messaged me a video that seemed good with decent pictures, he said he was sending me a "fully remodeled 2022 Lincoln" NOT TRUE AT ALL! This car was terrible, the car looked dirty from the outside, back window looked like it was broken, the car barely drove, it was shaking as we followed behind it. And, the driver was completely unprofessional! The driver, yelled at the kids to keep the music down, who does this? Limo's are meant to have fun! The driver did not know what he was doing, he was very short tempered, it seemed as if this was his first time driving a limo. I should have never tipped him, but by the way he was dressed, I felt bad for the man. He later told us that his company was "hired" by Art. Whatever you do-DO NOT FALL for Art's scam. He will give you a rate that will seem great and tell you he is giving you an Escalade, he will even text you pictures and two days before your event you will end up like us, with a broken down Lincoln. I paid for First Class but ended up at the back of the plane in coach. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY - STAY AWAY from ART and AA LIMO. read more

Great service, friendly and very professional. I will definitely use them again. It was easy and convenient to book!

Excellent service, on time, clean car, very nice driver. We will definitely use again!

Absolutely amazing limo service Best service in Los Angeles I've never been more impressed by a limo company I've used so many companies in Los Angeles Is this company's by far the most professional Thank you again read more

Great service for long trips with a lot of passengers. I booked a sprinter for 9 passengers from Studio City to Castaic on Easter. I booked online around 10:00pm the night before. We were arriving at 8:00am the following morning. Not much notice but everything went smoothly. Booking the ride was easy and their price was far less than the other companies (almost $200 less!). Our driver was extremely professional and personable. He made the ride fun. The Mercedes Sprinter was immaculate. All in all it was perfect. No complaints at all. I would highly recommend this company. I know I will be using them again. read more

We booked AA Limo for a wine tasting trip to Santa Ynez and had an absolutely wonderful time. The Limo was brand new and had everything you would want for a relaxing fun day. They also were very good in the days leading up to the event with communicating. Our driver Clinton was an incredibly kind man as well. Two thumbs way up for this company. We'll definitely use them again. read more

This is a long review but worth the read. I use AA Limo for travel to and from the airport. I use AA Limo for travel to and from the airport. This review covers the service level; the service provided, the last-minute accommodating requests, the transportation, and how Art saved me! THE DEPARTURE I love everything about AA Limo, from the people, the cars, the cleanliness, and dependability. First, I need to explain that I am discerning (some like to say picky). I also like good service and am a challenge when traveling. AA Limo handles all of my concerns with ease. Everything about them is excellent. The cars are clean inside and out. The drivers are well suited and professional. They arrive early, text you (upon request) when they are near, and let you know they are ready to start your trip. I have used them for travel to the airport to pick up my most precious cargo - my children. When you request a booking, you receive an email confirmation with your trip details. It includes the pieces I have never seen in a confirmation: the driver's name and number, the number of passengers, and the type of car. I have booked for my family of 5 with a minimum of 8 suitcases. The driver loaded each piece of luggage in the car and drove us to our flight. Nothing has been a challenge for AA Limo. THE ARRIVAL AA Limo is far better than any other service I have used because they are accommodating. I am not famous or a celebrity, but I feel like a VIP every time I have used their service. I have changed flights the night before a scheduled pick-up from the airport. I have changed flights two hours before my departure. I have changed flights the night before a scheduled pick-up from the airport. I have changed flights two hours before my departure. Even worse, I have had a flight canceled that wouldn't arrive until the next day. EACH AND EVERY TIME, they tell me not to worry; they have it covered and will be at the airport when I arrive. I don't know when Art sleeps, but he takes my call from early morning to late at night. THE EMERGENCY EXIT ROW The best experience I have ever had was when I decided foolishly to use an app to book a trip to the airport for a departing flight at 5:30 a.m. This is the day I forever became loyal to AA Limo. I like to cut it close to the departure time. I'm not particularly eager to wait in line. I don't even want to wait on the bridge between the gate and plane doors. I'm impatient. So, when the app's car did not arrive even though I used the schedule in advance function, I was nervous that I would miss my flight and have to wait 9 hours for the next one. I sent a text to Art at AA Limo and explained my dilemma. He used his superpower of a network to pick me up in less than 15 minutes!!!! I wasn't in a major city; I was in a small town outside of a major city, and he still got it done. I made my flight, and, on the ride, the driver of the car and I both kept saying, "This is impossible. How did he do it?" THE 747 But wait, there is more... did I mention the cars? Nice is too simple to describe them... SUVs, Mercedes Benz sedans, a party bus that had two TVs with Bluetooth, and some other vehicles that I don't even know the make or model, but they are all nice, modern and clean. I cannot wait to see what he brings to the fleet next... major private jet transportation or helicopters in NYC. I have never asked, but I am sure he could do it. I wish all businesses (retail stores, the internet, the Door Dash guy, the dog walker, UPS, and the airlines, too) were like AA Limo and Art! read more

Art got me in on short notice. Our driver Dawn was amazing! Will for sure book again next time!

With Ubers being more unreliable than ever, and limo services showing up late or not at all, find a reliable transportation is hard. Luckily I found AA Limo, and did some talking with David from Dispatch and Art; I think he was the manager. Regardless, they showed up at Stevensons ranch 20 minutes before my pickup time and I kept getting updated texts from the company. For the return trip was even easier. I was flying United, driver was in contact the second my plane landed as if he tracked it. Instructed me on how to perform a very efficient curbside pickup and made a safe trip back him. All in all, it's hard to come across a reliable and punctual company, and I am fortunate to have found AA. read more
