I had a great experience with the technician who assisted me with a fridge repair for my SAMSUNG fridge that needed a new compressor. Although dealing with Samsung's customer service was stressful, he was able to order the part we needed while we waited for Samsung to update our work order to cover the labor as well as the part. Once Samsung reached out to him to update him that our labor was going to be covered he was at our doorstep ready to fix our fridge before we even heard anything from Samsung ourselves. He was very honest and reliable. I would highly recommend giving him a call! read more

Our service tech (Nimad?) was on time and very friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our ice maker and clearly explained the problem. He checked and found the part he needed in his warehouse. He returned 2 days later and after a quick 10 minute visit, the repair was done. I highly recommend AA Appliance repair. read more

Luis came out to our home to diagnose problem With washer. He found two issues and ordered the parts. Came back several days later and fixed it. He was extremely courteous and very prompt. In today's world it's very very hard to find a great attitude and general courteousness so I highly recommend this company and in particular Luis. read more

I really liked the technician that recently repaired our refrigerator's ice maker. So I asked for a quote to service our gas clothes dryer. The quote was great and I was equally impressed with his knowledge and workmanship. I intend to use AA Appliance for any future needs. read more

Thank you so much for the fast phone response and for getting our newer LG refrigerator back up and running!

Solid. Was basically able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Came out same day within the quoted window and washer was fixed in just over 30 minutes. I had previously pulled stuff out of the way and when Loui was done, I wiped up the area with some of the residual water with 4 paper towels and put my stuff back in all of two minutes. Will call them out again 100%. read more

I was referred to this company by Samsung. EXCELLENT customer service. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Fixed my refrigerator and now I have food cooling in my garage again!!! AA Appliance Repair was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the company Service Quik that Samsung sent. They never showed up or called, and when I called their girl on the phone was one of the most unfriendly people I ever spoke I in my life! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AA APPLIANCE REPAIR FOR YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIRS!! read more

I gave it a one because I had to leave a star. This guy Emad came to the house, took out the drawers in my freezer, put them back, and left saying that I might need a compressor. Hours later, I noticed that everything in my freezer was soft. I've looked in the refrigerator and everything had gone bad there too when I called him to tell him, he yelled at me, said he didn't do anything and never touched a thing, and then he hung up on me. I called him back, and he hung up on me again and said, don't call me. Lucky he didn't charge us. So you can now obviously see who not to use. Review someone first. My husband took him without reviewing his background. It looks like this company got some good reviews, but obviously you don't want one of their guys. read more

Emad was very rude he started shouting at me on the phone and was very disrespectful. No one should have to go through the disrespect I went through from him read more

I have a Maytag washing machine that no power. I picked A&A out of a long list that Loews sent me for the warranty work. I'm glad I did. Louie showed up on time. He was professional and fast. He troubleshot the problem as a bad motherboard. He called and found the part in stock in Anaheim. I live in Whittier and he left, came back and fixed it in less than an hour and fifteen minutes! It's the best service I have ever had. Totally recommend and ask for Louie! read more

The young man showed up on time. Very polite and professional. Fixed my dryer and cleaned his work area. Price was more than reasonable. They have my business for life. Thank you. read more

Emad was super helpful at locating a part that was discontinued on Samsung Parts, an inverter that I couldn't find in stock anywhere. After ordering it, his tech Luie scheduled an in home installation of the part and had me back in business within an hour. I'll be sure to recommend AA to anyone looking for appliance repair. Thanks again Emad + Luie read more

Ehmad was very communicative. He reached out and made sure what the needs were and sought clarification. His repair was timely and knowledgable! read more

They do not provide any customer service whatsoever! They assessed over the phone. Said they were ordering part. Never heard back. When we called they acted like they didn't even know about our service call. I'm sure they chartered our warranty insurance. AVOID! read more

I cannot write enough about how responsive and professional Emad is! We bought an LG fridge in 2017 and just after Thanksgiving we noticed that it was not cooling (neither the fridge nor the freezer seemed cold enough). Found out from another repair company that this was covered under warranty. Called LG and confirmed that parts and labor were covered. Was bummed because LG said it would take several days to get someone out. They routed the request to their service center and within about 30 minutes I received a text message that AA Appliance Repair had accepted the service request. Within a few hours Emad confirmed that he would be out the VERY NEXT DAY. When I explained the problem he didn't seem surprised. This morning he called just 30 minutes into his arrival window to confirm when he would be arriving. On top of that he had the replacement part with him! YAY! Our fridge is back up and running! Thank you thank you Emad! We will use your company for any of our appliance repair needs. Thank you for being super professional and responsive. Thank you! read more

Great customer service from Emad he was available and was able to come to my house and put frion that he said will last 6 months meantime we are able to save Monty to pay for labor to do the job. Thanks emac again for great customer service and fast response. In recommend the company . read more

We recently had a fantastic experience with Louie from AA Appliance Repair fixing our LG gas oven that stopped heating up after just 2 years. I originally had an LG Factory tech coming out and was hesitant when LG called and reassigned us to a 3rd party repair vendor since their LG Factory tech called out sick on the day we were scheduled for repair. However, my hesitation went away as soon as Louie came to our house. He was on time, very friendly and very knowledgeable about our LG oven and the problem. He had to dismantle a lot of parts on the oven to get to the ignitor part that was needed but he quickly reassembled everything and the oven up and running in no time. He answered all of my questions and was overall a very positive experience. I would definitely reccomend AA Appliances and especially Louie for the excellent repair service we received. Hopefully wont need anymore appliance repairs soon, but if so we will be calling AA Appliance Repair. read more

I called to schedule a repair and while I was on the phone, my washer was actively malfunctioning. The repair man spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me helping me figure out how to trouble shoot some of the malfunctioning so that my house would not flood. Great service, would recommend whole-heartedly! Thank you again for your help! read more

The Craft Ice maker in my LG fridge (2 years old) broke again. Last time it was under warranty but this time it was not so LG's website gave a list of closest approved LG service centers. AA Appliance was the closest to me so I gave Emad a call. He happened to have the right part in stock so he came the next morning and replaced the ice maker in about 20 minutes. He was a very nice and professional guy. He also mentioned this new part is supposed to have a better motor than the original ones so it should last longer, according to LG. Fingers crossed! read more

We bought our LG fridge from Home Depot almost 5 years ago and up until this Thanksgiving week (worst timing ever!) had no problems. Big tip: IF you had been fortunate enough to buy an extended warranty (seemingly a must with today's product quality roulette) then READ your policy terms and conditions BEFORE finding help...to do otherwise might negate your insurance)...so our freezer failed and I called the number required by our extended warranty. My expectations remained low since this was not my first rodeo. I was immediately surprised at every turn. The agent I spoke with advised me a service company would come out in two days and contact me in the interim with detail. Early Monday morning (of course it was a Sunday when I initiated that warranty call) I received a call from Aa Appliance Repair. A day earlier than expected! Louie arrived within the hour and was absolutely laser like in his desire to fix our fridge. He was informative and answered all my questions (I'm a very curious senior and had many) and he was able to replace our failed compressor with a brand new LG compressor part. It has returned our fridge to life once again! I had to write this review as a result of this outstanding customer service experience and especially in how Louie responded to our service call. An exceptional quality young man, timely response and expert repair. I wish there were more stars to add to this review. Truly outstanding service. Thank you Louie and to Aa Appliance Service. read more

Came out and took care of my LG fridge quickly. On time and took care of it all with no issues. Thank you!

I contacted Emad, and he came out the next day to make the necessary repairs on a Samsung refrigerator. Unfortunately, we were past the extended warranty period so the repair would be out of pocket. Emad gave us options to consider rather than pushing us toward the more expensive option. We chose the less expensive option. It was a great experience! read more

They were very polite and tried to repair a horrible LG refrigerator after three visits. They were unable to repair the problem and did not offer any refunds. Do not purchase LG refrigerators. The BBB has received over 3,000 complaints about LG appliances and many cannot be fixed. I still had to purchase another refrigerator. read more

Our LG fridge and freezer decided to go on the fritz. A quick call to AA and I got to speak with Emad who was patient but also straight to the point, and got me scheduled right away. Our tech was Jose who was absolutely how every tech should be. Very friendly, and informed me of everything that he was checking. It turned out to be the compressor just as Emad said it was in over 90% of these cases. The great thing is parts were under warranty still, and the service from AA was super. Well worth the money. When he was all done, he even gave me tips to prolong the fridge. Great honest folks! read more

We needed our fridge/freezer fixed desperately as the compressor gave out... gave them a call and they were able to come over within the hour! They brought all the materials/parts needed and even did some extra work on our fridge (cleaning some parts, etc). I tried calling other places but most wouldn't be able to send anyone the same day, but my food would go bad if I waited.. so thanks for everything! Give them a call if you need your appliance fixed! read more

I had Samsung washer and dryer set bought at Lowes and it would not fill up the tank! I called Samsung repair and they said AA appliance is their local dealer. A certified tech named Lui came by and diagnosed it thoroughly in an hour and he got the parts and fixed it the next day! That easy and that quick! The price was reasonable! A lot cheaper than buying a new one! We only had the machine for 4 years and turned out the main board's one circuit got fried. I love AA and I love Lui! AA is the one to go! I am so glad that I know Lui and AA! Thank you so much for the excellent service!!!! read more

These guys are so shady. My microwave broke down after a year of using it, so I called LG warranty and they assigned these guys as the authorized repair center. The main board was replaced as the magnetron needed to be replaced. However they replaced it with a used part, that has dings on it. It also did not make noise when I press the panel, or when the microwave is finished running. The guy was aware of this and said that he will come back to replace it later when they get the part in. After a month of waiting and waiting I called LG and found out that they just closed the case on me. I've asked them whether they use used parts for warranty and they said nothing that they order is used, and should be a brand new part. LG was nice enough to reorder the parts and assign another service request. read more

The dishwasher stopped working and signaled a detected leak, so we called this company from a list recommended by the manufacturer. This was the second company we called (the first never answered the phone or replied to online inquiries). Their response was prompt, professional and courteous. For a reasonable price, the technician pulled the dishwasher out and confirmed that there was a real leak. In fact there were two leaks, one of which was not detected (which was reason enough to be glad for the detected leak. Ever been thankful for a leak? Otherwise, the other one would have continued unabated). No, there were three leaks: two on the dishwasher, and the valve on the wall had calcified and become leaky, also. So, we decided to chuck the thing and get a new one, plus call a plumber. Even though we opted against a repair, the diagnosis was well worth the price. That information was worth every penny spent. read more

Search no further, if you want a trustworthy, professional appliance repairman, Emad at A A Appliance is the man! The compressor on my 6 year old LG fridge gave out. The part was covered under warranty, one call and he handled everything. He already had the part on hand, came fixed it the next day. His pricing is fair and honest...hopefully I won't need repairs on my appliances anytime soon, but when I do I'll call Emad! read more

I received delivery on my new LG Refrigerator on 03-26-22. Upon removal of the factory saran, there was a couple of small dents to the water side door. I called LG on Monday, 03/28. They sent the repair request to AA Appliance Repair. I immediately received a call to reveiw the problem. The repair required the replacement of the door. The lead time for the door was approximately 7-10 days. I received a call from Louie on Saturday, 04/02 (6 days later) indicating he had the door and could come out today. The replacement required patience and experience which Louie exhibited through out the process. Louie was very personable and did an excellent job in replacing the door. Would recommend and will use AA Appliance Repair as my future needs require! read more
