Unfortunately, we first needed Chris in 2006 after a medical emergency when the Fire Department had to kick down my parents' residential front door. Chris worked late into the night to get the door replaced and the frame repaired, and he treated the job and my parents' house like it was his own. A few years later when we needed to change out our back doors we didn't hesitate to contact Chris to complete the job, and we have since referred him to friends who have needed any kind of door installation or service. We just called him again as our house has settled over the years and we noticed some cold air draft during the winter. Chris checked the alignment of our front and back doors and replaced worn door sweeps and weather stripping. The estimate was a fair price. The installation was done in one afternoon. Not only had he done a perfect job but we are very happy with his skill, honesty, politeness and cleanliness. We highly recommend him to anyone!! Here's my advice: #1, Have him measure the door before you place an order. (Because my measurement was different from his) #2, Door knob and any hardware (striker plate which goes on the other side of the lock) are not included in door installation. I bought a new door knob and deadlock at Amazon.com and saved tons of money. #3, Molding is not included in the installation. Buy enough molding to match your house molding. He came to our house and measured the opening and contacted Frank's Lumber with all of the pertinent details so that they could manufacture the door.
