It is a small class limited to 8 people, and each of us took turns preparing one of the dishes. I got to mix the profiterole dough at the end and then plate them with chocolate sauce and ice cream! Every dish was delicious, fresh, and super fun to watch others prepare, season, etc. And there was plenty of wine to pair with the meal. Chef is super knowledgeable, authentic, fun, and entertaining.
