A1 care pharmacy is not professional with the business and they can lose a lot of patients and customers easy and I am one of them already left and never come back to this pharmacy anymore specially the one at Santa Ana . I bought a machine nebulizador and the box is NOT sealed and on my spot and before I left the pharmacy, I asked them if something wrong with the machine I can return it or exchange it, there is a woman I believe her name krina, she's the owner of this pharmacy came to me and she said No you can't return or exchange it , SO I told her okay I don't need it and I want to return it back now before I leave, I didn't go outside, I am still here with brand new machine but I changed my mind and I want my refund . She refused to take it back and gave me my money back . I told her I bought it from 2 minutes and I am still in the pharmacy but still she didn't care , she cared only about the money she got it from me. This pharmacy They don't care about the customers if satisfied or not but they are care about the sales and the business only , So I stucked now with the machine and I am NOT happy from the way they treat me and refused to give me my money back, So my advice is before you decide to buy anything from them, you have to think twice because once they get your money, No way you can get your money back This is very bad experience and this is THE FIRST TIME AND THE LAST TIME I WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PHARMACY A1CARE PHARMACY . Hello all OC patients! A1Care is one of the best pharmacy I ever been to. Really persistent, friendly and they deliver meds home. What else can you ask for! Wait time is not that long at all, they will call you or text you when your meds are ready. Love their service not only for meds but you can get vaccines. Just got my COVID didn't wait more then 5 mins and pain free vaccine. The pharmacist has a light hand didn't even feel the vaccine. 5 stars for sure no lies. Sometimes mistakes happen or errors but this pharmacy is way better then the big pharmaceutical companies that always mess up or don't have the stuff on stock. I went to (A1) because my doctors office is right across the street. Today my doctor called in first to make sure they could fill my prescription ( I was standing right there when the call was made) And they said yes, so I went over there. I gave A1 my name .. they told me to wait.. it took almost half an hour for them to tell me they don't have my prescription but they'll have it next week!?! This is not the first time this exact same situation has happened to me at A1. They do not order medications for their customers either. You just have to go there and hope for the best. Very unprofessional fly by night operation. Buyer beware of the "pharmacy" that never has medication. I am never going here again. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would for this pharmacy. This pharmacy showed me nothing but prejudice behavior and customer service. This pharmacy received my prescription more than a week ago and have continuously lied and been dismissive since I went in to pick my medication up. I spoke to staff the morning of July 10th and staff stated that my prescription was received and that my medication was ready for pick up. I drove far to pick up my prescription. When I arrived to the pharmacy, staff stared at me with a disdain expression and questioned me about whether I have seen a doctor prior to coming to the pharmacy. My medication is a controlled substance that I wouldn't have been able to have had a prescription for unless I have seen a doctor. My medication is on a routine order and should not be abruptly stopped. This pharmacy was recommended to me by family and colleagues of mine that are apart of the Filipino community. Family and colleagues of mine have the same prescription as I and have been getting their orders filled at this pharmacy. After traveling far to pick up a prescription that they specifically told me was ready, I was than told that they didn't carry my prescription and maybe I should have my provider recommend another pharmacy. I replied to them stating that I am very aware that your pharmacy carries the prescription because I know others that have the same or similar orders filled here. After that response, staff changed their statement to, "oh well, we just don't have it in stock". They also lied and said they called me multiple times to let me know that my medication wasn't in stock. I received no incoming or missed calls from the pharmacy after my initial conversation over the phone when they told me that my prescription was ready. I received no voicemail or message stating otherwise. A friend of mine was able to recently get his prescription filled at this same pharmacy that has continually denied me. Today I called a final time after my prescription has been there for more than a week now. Today, staff stated that they were not able to fill my prescription because my provider told them that is is out of my service is area (another lie)! My prescriber is aware of the change in pharmacy, as well as the service area due to the shortage of medication stock in my area. I have family that live in the surrounding area of Santa Ana and the pharmacist originally told me that my family would be able to pick up my prescription on my behalf due to the potential inconvenience of me being able to travel to this location. Once I mentioned to staff that my prescriber was aware of my prescription being sent outside of the service area, they placed me on a short hold and came back in once again stated, they don't have the medication in stock. I have now been without my medication because of this pharmacy's continuous lies and rejection. Just incase you didn't know, A1 pharmacy, Black Americans are diagnosed with ADHD and we also have prescriptions for Adderall. I didn't understand why you appeared so shocked when you saw me; and asked me about whether I saw a doctor for this or not. Just say that you prefer not to service me. read more

I appreciate Krina's quality and genuine care for her patrons. I am traveling out of state and forgot my medications at home. One quick call and Krina found the closest pharmacy to my hotel that accepts my insurance and transferred my Prescriptions. Hands down, this is the best pharmacy EVER! I have been to so many different pharmacies and this one takes the cake. Dr. Krina is super cool and sweet. She actually cares about her patients and she is super knowledgeable on medicine. If you are in recovery from mental illness or substance abuse I would definitely recommend this pharmacy too. Also the urgent care right down the corner is awesome too if you need to be seen and have a medical problem. I came in with a really bad cold there then I found this pharmacy and I plan to get all my medications filled there from now on. I am extremely happy I found this pharmacy!
