I'll be frank (or Carla), it's been a while since I've been to the beach in this area. Truth be told it used to be my favorite place to go to the beach. Anyway, another story for another time. We started to look for street parking, which was packed to the gills and ended up at this parking lot. It seems like this area is pretty much either pay to park by the hour or valet. Either way, not a fan. It used to be free, and I get times change, but it doesn't make me any less happy about having to pay to park, especially to walk around town. This parking lot was pretty empty. There was a machine where you can pay for up to two hours of parking, use your credit card, and put a ticket in your car. It's literally a block from the beach and bars and restaurants, so def in a good location. Pros: -Clean parking lot -Hourly rate is reasonable Cons: -Having to pay for parking Tips: If you don't want to search for street parking, head over to this lot.

I've used Park EZ Fly for my last two trips out of Jacksonville Airport. They have valet service at…read moreno extra charge. You pull in under the canopy, go inside, drop off your key and within a few minutes the van takes you to the airport. The van drivers are friendly and help load and unload your luggage. It's less than five minutes to the airport which was convenient. Upon arriving home send a text, to the number on the card they give you when you drop off your car, letting them know you're ready to be picked up. Both times I've waited roughly five minutes for pickup. I've also been using them because they have been cheaper than all the other park and fly lots near the airport. I would highly recommend giving them a try next time you are heading out of town.
