Spoke with the guy standing at the kiosk to pay and explained my issue. He told me that they are no longer allowed to wash the back of your vehicle. And he also said because I had an antenna on the front of my vehicle that the back would not be properly cleaned. I would have been happy if I got to go through a second time and got my car cleaned. I would have been happy if I received a refund. What did I get? "I'll open the gate so you can leave".

This car wash was given as customer appreciation at the grand opening of the newly relocated Beaver Toyota. Ms. Bee'z is strategically positioned adjacent to the dealership. Unless one is a customer at the Toyota dealership or close by Ford dealership, I don't feel that this will be a good place to have been built. With that being said, the car wash was meticulously thorough! No place left untouched/uncleaned. The dryer also did a fabulous job! One thing I did notice is their hours of operation. They are open Monday - Saturday from 9am to 7pm. These aren't the best times for those who have a job throughout the week.

I came in around 2 PM on a Wednesday and was the only customer. From the moment I arrived, Austin was rude and seemed annoyed that I was even there. Normally, I'm greeted at my car window and asked what type of oil change I need. Instead, Austin stuck his head out of the door and yelled from a distance asking what I needed. I told him I needed a full synthetic oil change. I found it unprofessional to not approach the vehicle and to communicate by yelling across the parking lot, something I've never experienced here before. He told me to go to bay 1. When I began pulling in, I hesitated because staff usually guide cars over the opening in the floor. After waiting briefly and seeing no guidance, I slowly proceeded into the bay. Austin then rudely snapped, "I told you to go to bay 1, not inside it." I apologized, but I was honestly shocked by how he spoke to me. Perhaps if he had approached my car when I arrived, I could have heard his directions more clearly. At that point, I seriously considered leaving and taking my business to one of the many other oil change places nearby. I decided to give it another chance, assuming maybe we had just started off on the wrong foot and the holiday season can be stressful for everyone. Unfortunately, his tone continued to be abrasive. He asked me several questions one being whether I'd been there before (I know they keep records of this), and why I didn't have the sticker on my window, all in a way that felt accusatory and dismissive. Clayton, who appeared to be management, took over the rest of my service and was professional and kind. He recommended some additional maintenance that my car likely needs, and under normal circumstances I would have agreed. The total would have been approximately $400-$500. However, Austin's behavior and tone left such a bad impression that I declined any additional services during this visit. I would like to continue supporting this business, as I've had positive experiences here in the past. Unfortunately, Austin's attitude made this visit extremely unpleasant and will likely prevent me from returning. Customer service matters, especially when customers have plenty of other options close by.

They found a large bolt and determined the tire was not able to be used so they graciously put our spare on and checked its pressure. The pressure was low so air was added to get us going. All this was done with kindness and genuine concern. They would not accept payment for services. We left feeling we had found a place we could trust for future auto services and will definitely go back when necessary. They were very professional. We appreciate the help and kindness.
