Very disappointed in this car wash. I purchased the $20 package for the outside of my minivan. I chose that because I told the attendant I wanted whichever package would get my vehicle the cleanest. I went through the car wash, once I got out of the car I was appalled at the fact the face of my car was still dirty. Drove back there. Spoke with the guy standing at the kiosk to pay and explained my issue. He told me that they are no longer allowed to wash the back of your vehicle. And he also said because I had an antenna on the front of my vehicle that the back would not be properly cleaned. I would have been happy if I got to go through a second time and got my car cleaned. I would have been happy if I received a refund. What did I get? "I'll open the gate so you can leave". read more

If your vehicle is really dirty you need to make sure that they get it all as the machines can miss spots. 50% of the time the people wiping down the car will miss spots so you need to look over your car when done. The prices are fair and they do good work. Also they save lots of water which is good for the environment. read more

BEWARE!!! The super wash in palm coast will break your car during a detail and not take any responsibility! Please be careful going to this place!! I went there this morning and got a full service and as soon as I got into my car in the inspection area I noticed metal sticking out of my center console. They broke the wood panel off my center console by snapping the plastic lips on the back!! I immediately told the representative who got the manager. The joke of a manager comes over, doesn't even apologize or try to fix it or even refund my wash. He just says that because my car is used anyway he doesn't need to replace it!!! Are you kidding me!! I have a Mercedes E-350 and now they have broken it and I have to pay for it!! As you can see from the photos they didn't do a great job on the detail either! This is horrible customer service!! My car was covered in all different types of bugs. It was awful. I payed for the super supreme wash. $29 bucks plus tax. It was worth every penny. I will definitely be back. read more

This was not the case. My car wasn't that bad entering and did exit a little cleaner but not what I have had in the distant past. As of now I am withdrawing my recommendation and will seek another business to spend my dollars at. Spend your money wisely- just not here. read more

I just paid for the express hand wax w interior detail and I couldn't be more disappointed with the results. My teen daughter brought it in so I was unable to see it before it came home, but it hardly looks washed at all on the outside. There are dozens of dead bugs that have been effectively waxed over on the front end of the car. After accepting full payment for hand waxing, they informed my daughter that they would be unable to wax the hood or roof since there was "no clear coat left". I accepted that explanation but once I saw it, the roof and the hood did not appear to have been cleaned at all. There are still water tracks from the wiper fluid spouts on the hood that were not wiped off at all. On the bright side, the inside was pretty clean (after I paid an extra $30 for an extra thorough interior cleaning). I did speak w the manager (after the original person rudely placed me on hold without warning as I was waiting for him to answer one my questions). The manager explained that the lack of clear coat made it impossible to wax but he assured me that the roof and hood would be clean. He also said he would leave a gift card to make up for charging full price for a hand wax they only applied to half of the vehicle surface. Needless to say, he did not keep either promise. They car came home dirty (on the outside) and bug-covered and there was no gift card. I do not recommend this location. read more

St Augustine anymore- apparently it's a staffing issue- I'll continue to come here for an exterior wash if the vacuums and mat cleaning remains free. The last few times I have gone to this location, the service has been terrible. I went yesterday and there was a car in front of us that would not stop breaking so it was messing up the system. There was no one working at the car wash (usually there are plenty of workers washing down the car prior to going into the car wash. Then when I went into the car wash, I received the regular $6 wash and not the $15 wash that I paid for. Very disappointing! read more

Went today to get a full interior and exterior clean, after being trapped in line for a long time I got up to the pay station to find out they no longer do interior, when I pulled up to go in they didn't clean my windshield, the front grill or the back, they just put me through the car wash, no soap even came out, my car was as dirty as when it went in bugs still on windshield. Went today, March 2 to get my car washed. In the past I have tried to be a hero and get the quickie $8 wash and do the interior myself. Well, after many attempts I realized something my mother always told me....I'm terrible at cleaning/vacuuming. So today I went in to get my interior done by the pros and wow, I was blown away! At one point I think there were more people inside my car cleaning it than I've ever actually had in it before. My Toyota Corrola looking even more shiny than it did after I bought it at the dealer 3 months ago. My $20 wash looked like a $100 detail. Been coming to this car wash for 4 years. Recently changed for the worse. Only buy the basic exterior car wash with no options. Because that's what you get. Paid for a 15$ car wash and it was no different then when you get basic 9$. Lava polish didn't come on or get applied. Tire shine light came on but did not apply any tire shine. Towel exchange is not in affect. Drying car with dirty towel. Really disappointed. Glad I never got a membership. read more

This business is a great one to visit and use. The only downside is the washing process always leaves a collection of soap and water on the rear hatchback of SUV's. Which means the rear door and window have to be touched up to remove the water streaks and soap reside. F you want your car clean and shiny use this car wash and you will be happy you did. No one there has any common sense, I had a huge mounted semi tire in the back of my truck, probably weighs 200 lbs, the kid says to me "I am going to have to get that tire out of the back of your truck before you go through and then I can put it back when your done" as if the blowers at that carwash have remotely enough strength to budge it when it is laying flat, it wont even move if I had to lay on my breaks! read more

I was shocked today when I went to get my car washed and was told that they no longer offered interior cleaning and was now strictly a exterior only drive through. They went from being the best car wash I ever used to being the worst. They don't even clean the bugs off your windshield anymore. This is probably why I was the only car there. I won't be back. I'm not one to Yelp good or bad but Superwash Express forced me too. I've given them 2nd, 3rd and now a 4th chance to get it right (I know - dumb of me not to walk away sooner) but every time I leave there - either my wipers are all twisted, my side view mirrors are pulled out, no tire shine that I paid for, bugs still all over front and hood of car, many areas not cleaned, water marks all over that I have to get out and dry the car to keep from drying with streaks. It is quicker and much better if I give up and do it myself. I've tipped the kids working everytime in hopes they'll put more effort into prepping my car for the wash. I normally don't leave reviews but I am beyond aggravated with this carwash! I have a 2001 Honda Accord that's my baby even tho she's old, It's in wonderful condition may have a few dents because I'm not the best driver and may need a extra cleaning because I live in Florida and I'm always at the beach so it might be a little dirty but she's in good condition with all things considered. On Saturday I came in and got the $60 bundle so the inside of my car can be cleaned too. I came around 2pm and didn't leave until 3:30pm because I had to get to work so they told me I could come back later to get it finished. I had two people talk with me the first older guy told me that my car tent is very old and needs to be re tented I was just like okay he didn't actually show me the damage that they did. He also told me that my carpet smells like it may have a little mold and it needs to get shampooed, no big deal. Then after waiting another hour I told them I was going to be late for work I have to come back later so the younger guy told me that my steeling wheel is very old and dirty so when they scrubbed it it took off some of the coating it would be sticky to touch and I have to get a steering wheel cover, when I sat it my car I noticed all the damage I look forward the front a back windows , it has white smudge marks all over them, my string wheel touching it made my hands black. I was pissed, all these years taking care of this car and I come to one car wash and they fuck it up. I didn't have time to talk with anyone. I called the next day and the manger Josh told me to come in on a later date and he will take a look. On Monday I come in and Josh kept saying "I'm not trying to be rude" over and over again like he didn't know any other words. His excuse is my car is old and their was nothing he could do that I have to take it to a professional, spend more money and get it fixed but hey he's not "trying to be rude or help" He refund my money and that was it. It really pisses me off they they don't know what they are doing at this car wash! They fucked up my car and now I have to spend more money out of my hard earned saving to fix their fuck up!!!!!!! This is ridiculous! These stupid uneducated teenagers see that my car had these white smudges and kept going and did the entire front and back windshields now costing me more money! They should've told me and stopped fucking it up and making it even worse. I took so much care and money into this car and I leave it alone with teenagers for five minutes and they ruined it. They should've stopped when they noticed it was messing up. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR CAR TO BE RUINED!!!!! No Hand Dry. Went to Walmart after getting washed and water spots were horrible! Back window under the ledge looked like it wasn't touched and water dropped down taking the pollen with it making the car look as dirty as when I took it there.
