At pickup, they also said to let them know if they missed anything. They did an outstanding job all around. For over a month now the brushes at luv car wash do not work properly... The manager was very apologetic and said he was aware the brushes were not operating properly.. he told me he puts in request for maintenance and the company does not respond.. this company obviously is not concerned with maintenance or satisfying their customers... I've been a LUV customer on and off for several years and frequently travel up and down I-95, visiting multiple LUV locations. Unfortunately, this particular location seems to have the oldest and least-maintained equipment. One of the vehicles I used as part of my membership is a pristine 2004 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. During a wash, the top brush bristles actually pulled off a trim piece from my vehicle. Accidents can happen--but instead of taking responsibility, LUV denied my damage claim, stating that my vehicle was "too old." To make matters worse, when I canceled my membership auto renewal, they refused to refund my payment, claiming I was two days late--even though I had been a loyal, long-term customer. Since then, I've learned that LUV sometimes disengages the top drum brushes because of the damage they cause, which only confirms that this is a known issue. LUV needs to repair or replace this equipment and take accountability for customer damages. I'm certain I'm not the only customer who has experienced problems like this. Hopefully, this review encourages LUV to improve their service--or at least warns others to be cautious before trusting their vehicles here. read more

I used this car wash on a subscription for almost a year. I even left them a positive review in the past. My subscription originally included two vehicles (mine and my wife's). Recently, I removed my wife's car from the subscription. At the time, I was not clearly informed whether the monthly price would change or stay the same. In the first months of my subscription, when only one vehicle was included, the price had been significantly lower, so I reasonably expected the system to adjust -- or at least to be transparent about it. Yesterday, I noticed that the subscription payment did not go through. I use a separate card for subscriptions and load it with the exact amount needed, so this immediately raised a red flag. Today, I came to the car wash and at the entrance saw a message saying that my credit card needed to be updated. I asked the employee what the issue was. He said he didn't know and asked if I could provide my card so he could try to fix it. When he started the process on the terminal, I saw that the system was attempting to charge me the higher price -- the same amount as when my subscription included TWO vehicles. That explained why the payment failed in the first place. At that point, I told him this felt like deceptive billing, and that I would no longer use this car wash. I asked to cancel my subscription. The employee said it was already canceled -- but after this experience, I don't fully trust that. I wouldn't be surprised if they attempt to charge my card again. This is either intentional overcharging or a serious lack of control and training regarding their own subscription system. Either way, it's unacceptable. If you decide to use their subscription, monitor your charges very carefully. After this experience, I do not recommend their subscription to anyone. read more

I love this place. The service is very friendly and they provide everything you need to clean your car. They have a machine to clean your carpeted mats, but I was there today and I was thinking it would be nice if they had a means to clean my rubber mats in my jeep. I tipped the young gentleman with the blonde hair and the man bun two days ago as I always do. As my car was coming in and lining up to go into the wash three workers sat there giggling like little school girls. They did not grab the pressure ones and do a little bit extra for their tip. Now a car Wash is a service industry and I like to help by tipping when I use a service. So today I went there and questioned him about it and he said that just because I give them a tip doesn't mean they're going to do anything extra. Now 3 people stand there....chit chatting with each other....spray a little liquid of the front and back and you drive in. Pay extra for spot free rinse and even that is a joke. Worse Car Wash ever, in fact it shouldn't be called a car wash. It's more of a dirt relocator. All the dirt ended up on the tailgate of my suv. When I got home I inspected my suv and couldn't believe what I was seeing. Not only was all the dirt collected in the back, but it didn't remove any dirt and there was thick amounts of soap. NO UNDERCARRIAGE WASH! When this wash was bought by LUVS prices went up and service went down. I really wanted to feel the "luv" from this car wash as it is super convenient for me. However, undercarriage wash disappeared, pre wash disappeared, and the price of membership went up. I also feel like the wash is quicker and less effective. It's too bad, customers really need a good quality car wash in this area. Business could be really good for LUVS if they paid more attention to quality and less to their profits margins. read more

NEVER Again ........... Been a LONG time user of the location but it's slide downward that started after new ownership hit a new low (and perhaps bottom) today. 1). Kid at the front barely dampened the front of the car - kinda sorta squirted a bit of liquid on the windshield before turning around and directing me in. No sponging, no washing, just a few squirts. 2). No water or any liquid applied to car before the spinning brushes started making contact. Great way to scratch **** out of the clearcoat. As another reviewer said "more of a dirt relocator". After getting home, saw that the rear of the SUV was as dirty as it was when I drove in due to the kid at the front not even bothering to so much as squirt the back before I entered the wash. Came in at closing time and they had already put the pre-wash tools (i.e scrubbers for windshield and bumpers etc.) up...so we did not get what we payed for.....These items should be , in my opinion, put away after the last car goes through the wash cycle......Canceled. read more

Guys usually do a good job on the outside but really rush cleaning the interior and windows, they leave streaks or miss spots on your windows and mirrors and it's annoying, if they just slowed down and payed attention to their own detailing this would be a better place. The first time I went here I was very impressed - a five star experience. I had my cars detailed in the past by different businesses and I was always happy with the results. I left vowing to make this my go to place for detailing my car. The second time I went to this place, the service was good but not as great as the last time. I was crushed to find out that the other service guy left. He was wonderful in taking care of my car. The car was clean yet the service guy didn't take care of a water mark left from my ice cooler leaking ice water on the interior. I asked for the service guy to repair this and pointed it out. This is why I dropped a star. It was a quick fix to clean the water marks, so I was a little disappointed. It was a 2-3 minute fix I did myself. The last service I had here was quicker yet different from the first time. But, I rather wait ten minutes more for great service than leave faster for good service. The first time I went here, I had black scuff marks in my car and a huge mess in my trunk ( onion skins from a bag of onions explosion). They did a spectacular job cleaning my car and didn't complain. They were very nice and professional. I will come here again. I hope I get my first time experience back again. read more

I recently had my car paint corrected and ceramic coated and brought my car here for a basic wash while on vacation. The tunnel brushes scratched the hell out of my car and the 12 year old attendants working there told me "sorry about your luck" and refused to take any responsibility for their shitty car wash. $1800 dollars in upgrades for my car washed down the drain at this place. Thursday January 17, 2020 Coconuts is under new ownership. VERY busy on Wacky Wednesday I could not stay. Went back today still pretty busy but not as bad BUT the team was working short and they were backed up big time. They were slower than ever before in moving customers thru the internal cleaning. I had to leave without finishing but did get a rain check on internal cleaning. After my appointment I went back to complete the job. They were still backed up but this time I waited for the team to get to me. The Coconuts crew are the best. The new owner was there but said he had "bookwork" to do when I confronted him as to why he wasn't out there working with the team to move the customers through faster. On top of all that the ladies bathroom was a mess ( also a first). Hope the new owner will step up or he won't need to bother with the books. read more

Car literally comes out as dirty as it goes through the wash tunnel, prewash is nonexistent....save your money.
