Juan, the owner and his entire crew were so friendly and professional and really take pride in their work. October 28,2024 was tear out day and November 1, 2024 was pouring the concrete day. Everything went as scheduled and looks really great and definitely added value and curb appeal to our home. We can't wait to get back out there and fill in the surrounding areas with dirt and grass seed and finally get to use our stored patio furnishings. I emailed Juan the owner of 4WAY cement twice now since pouring our driveway on 11/1/2024 regarding the concrete sealer. He said he was going to seal the new driveway on Tuesday 11/5/2024 and both my emails have gone unanswered and the driveway still not sealed as of 11/17/2024. Also better fabric selection with the Marygrove models from what I saw where we were definately more enamored with their fabrics over their main competition which was a big deal for us. As a tip, when you do your competitive analysis/quotes make sure you do an apples to apples comparison where you look at all the variables. The competition will reel you in with the low cost less robust model and then persuade you to upgrade with what Marygrove offers as standard. Just my two cents here.

The first company spent (wasted) almost 3 hours at the house then dropped a ridiculous quote on us. I honestly felt like they were trying to sell us a time share with their hard sell tactics and buddy/buddy attitude towards us. The second company was better. The rep was here for around two hours and wasn't as obnoxious as the ones from the first company. The prices were better but still pretty high for what we were having done. Napier's was our third quote. My wife and I were around 10 min late meeting the rep at our house. While waiting for us, he went up on the roof, checked everything out, measured everything out, and had the quote ready. He spent maybe 15 minutes going through everything and the quote was around $4k less than the next cheapest quote we'd received. We appreciated his no nonsense, no BS approach and signed on the spot! The new roof was installed the following week while we were at work & we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! They did a fantastic job on both install and cleanup. My neighbor even commented on how impressed she was that they came into her yard to clean up, too! If you're looking for a no nonsense, honest company for a roof, do yourself a favor and contact Napier's first.
