I had overheard one of the workers tell the office the new worker was doing them wrong but was assured there was a warranty and they would return at the time they started leaking. They did have a charge associated with having the architect come out that was very small. I can't remember what it was, but it will be baked into the ultimate project payments. Did I shop around? They have amazing integrity, good pricing from my past shopping around, I can trust them with my dogs and we are mimicking the amazing front porch design they created for me so it just makes sense to stay with a company I trust.
