I could hear my tires grinding as I drove, so I took my car to a small shop. After they said the alignment was done, I left but still heard the noise. I brought it back, and they told me the strut I installed was faulty and that I needed a new one. Frustrated, I left to consider my options. I decided to bring my car to Point S, thinking it would be best to have them check the struts and replace them if needed. After their inspection, they informed me that my struts were in good condition and that it was just my alignment that was off--they fixed it right away. They were honest with me from start to finish, and I appreciate their transparency. I'll definitely continue doing business with them!
