First, I was visiting with a friend in the greater Cleveland area and we needed to get some shredding done. It would never occur to me that a place exists just for that. Well, I am so glad i was wrong. It was much more than that. Let's begin with the entrance. It was snowing and very unpleasant outside. The customer service person CAME OUTSIDE to greet us with the such a fun, happy tone. How could ANYONE do that in this weather?! The representative demonstrated such knowledge of the process and what to expect. She provided us with a tour! How could anyone be that excited about shredding?! The experience was FAST! You can actually watch it take place. There is also something of a speakeasy without the liquor (it was too early for us to get such a drink) at this place. The room is completely zen, with beautifully kept interior. We could not have been there more than 7 minutes and it was done. Sign-A-Rama had a proof emailed to me of the check within a day or two. They emailed me an invoice, and I forgot to respond with how I was going to pay. Because they know this project has a deadline, they called me to remind me about making my payment so they could begin production. I called to pay by phone, and we were finished!
