I used this company to install a bathroom in our basement- from start to finish, the work was done quickly, efficiently and the finished product was awesome. They were very reasonable in price with no "change orders" that can break the bank . They explained what they would do and cleaned up the area like they were never even there. We are extremely pleased and will definitely use them again !!! read more

Amazing work. We had a very large tree house needing restoration and was deemed condemned when we bought our home. Fouad assessed it and made recommendations. He was very honest and considerate. The results are amazing and my kids love it! read more

A1 Repairs and Remodeling charged me for an incomplete fence repair. Their work left gaps in the fence and did not address many of the nail pops and nail separation that they were requested to fix. Service provider was pushy in demanding payment, even before I could verify the work. read more

The team used the right technique (fan spray, not overly aggressive) along with a proper cleaning treatment, and the results speak for themselves-my cushions look significantly brighter and genuinely clean, not just surface-level. They were thorough with rinsing and set everything up in a way that allowed for proper drying, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. I recently had the pleasure of working with A1 Repairs And Remodeling for a comprehensive home renovation, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. From start to finish, Mr. Fouad and his team were incredibly professional, skilled, and attentive to every detail. First, they did a fantastic job painting our house. The colors are vibrant and precisely what we envisioned. Next, they replaced our carpet with beautiful hardwood flooring, transforming the entire look and feel of our home. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship are top-notch. They also painted our outside fence, giving it a fresh and appealing look. The replacement of our main door was seamless, enhancing both the security and aesthetics of our entryway. One of the most impressive aspects of their work was fixing our plumbing issues. What had been a persistent headache was resolved quickly and efficiently, demonstrating their expertise and dedication. The highlight of the renovation is undoubtedly the main bathroom remodel. It now feels like we are walking into a 5-star hotel bathroom every day. The design, fixtures, and finishing touches are exquisite and far exceeded our expectations. Mr. Fouad, the owner, has been incredibly fantastic throughout the entire process. His commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the work. I highly recommend A1 Repairs And Remodeling for any home renovation needs. They have truly transformed our house into a dream home! read more

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Would NEVER use again...HE'S A CROOK, THIEF AND A LIAR!! HE DOES NOT DESERVE A NEGATIVE ONE STAR!! DO NOT EVER USE!! HE WAS HIRED TO INSTALL HARDWOOD FLOORS AND DRYWALL!! The installer told him (him being FRANK, also goes by FOUAD) that I purchased the wrong type of wood to be installed on top of a basement concrete floor. He told the installer to just install it and get the money!! The installer called multiple times and each time was told to just install it and that I wouldn't know the difference!! Just get the money!! Funny, the first thing I said was, "THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!" NOTE: The wood could've been exchanged for the correct materials and the install could've been rescheduled! It's extremely frustrating and sad that Frank or Fouad has no morals or values and that he's okay with himself for STEALING from people who work hard for their money!! So he's stolen my 50% deposit and the materials I purchased ($4+k) which has to be bought again!! This is not a good company!! By the way, I found the company using HomeAdvisor who vetted them. NEVER USE!!! Grrr...had to give 1 star to post....not deserving of a (-1) negative star!! read more

We couldn't be happier with the incredible work done by A1 Repairs And Remodeling! Mr. Fawziy and his team have transformed our home beyond our wildest dreams. They rebuilt our backyard fence, renovated our dock, and completely remodeled our basement. The results are spectacular! The new fence and dock are not only sturdy and well-crafted but also beautifully designed, enhancing our outdoor space. The real game-changer, however, is the basement remodel. Thanks to Mr. Fawziy's impeccable work, our two teenage boys now have their own bedrooms and a space to call their own. This transformation has brought so much peace and comfort to our home. Mr. Fawziy's attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence are unmatched. We highly recommend A1 Repairs And Remodeling for any home improvement projects. Their work truly feels like a dream come true! read more

The owner of this company Frank, is the best of the best. In my 20 plus years of home ownership, I have never encountered someone with such a high level of expertise AND positive attitude. I have never had a task that Frank couldn't handle and his integrity with his work is top notch . Frank has been able to quickly problem solve issues where others either failed or simply couldn't see a way to accomplish something. As long as I live in this area, I won't even consider hiring anyone else. I can't say enough good things about Frank or his company. If you have high standards as I do and don't want to be disappointed or worry about something being done properly, look no further. read more

This company is amazing. I had them remodel the deck at my townhouse, and the experience was genuine. From the time I called, I was given a same day appointment, and then I got the estimate a day later, which was 20% lower than market competitors. The remodeling was done a week later. The quality of the work was top-notch. The associates worked so neatly and cleaned very well at the end of the project. Don't think twice if you are looking for a great, honest, and straightforward contractor in Fairfax County. read more
